Akashi's POV
After Aya went upstairs to sleep; I was left with Yamato-san downstairs while he watched TV and I played Shogi by myself. I was concentrated on the game and didn't realize Yamato-san taking my side. We were sitting at the end of the couch when he sat next to me.
"Aka, can I talk to you?" he asked me.
"About what?" I returned a question not looking away from the board.
"It's about Aya," he answered. This caught my attention and turned to him, I raised an eyebrow. "What about her?"
He let out a deep sigh and smiled playfully. "See, you pay attention when it's about her." he poked me jokingly. He's so annoying. I gave him a glare to stop as he laughed childishly. Seriously, sometimes I feel that I'm older than him.
"Can you please go straight to the point?" I said.
With that, Yamato-san turned into his serious self and looked at me straight at the eye. "There's a big chance that Aya wouldn't remember all of her memories."
"I see," I closed my eyes.
"But--" Yamato-san added as I looked at him. "Memories can disappear instantly, but feelings don't. Remember that, Seijuro."

Aya's POV
"Idiot, who cares" were the words that came out from his mouth as he pulled me into a hug. I stared at his chest eyes widened and looked up at him. That wasn't the answer I was expecting.
"I-I... I don't understand..." I trailed off. Wouldn't he be mad? I didn't tell him earlier...
"Your brother," Akashi stated giving me a hint.
I realize what he meant and pulled away from the hug. "He told you..." I confirmed looking at the ground. I glanced at him again. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner..."
"It doesn't matter," he smiled at me. "Even if you don't remember your memories, you're the old Aya I know. You still have the same personality and you still love basketball," I blushed after hearing him say those words. Why-why am I feeling this way? It's not like—do I like him?
...
"Plus..." he continued.
I waited for his answer.
"You're the same old Aya that always annoy the hell out of me," he smirked. I felt a nerve pop. Way to go ruin your speech!!! I huffed then crossed my arms in annoyance.
"What?" he raised an eyebrow. "Did I say something wrong?"
"S-Say something wrong?!" I exclaimed. "You tell me!!!"
"I don't get you."
"Get me?! You just had to ruin your speech with that sentence of yours!!!"
"Were you expecting something else?"
"You should've—well, no" I stopped for a while. What's with the sudden outburst Aya?! Why did I...? Oh crap. I looked at Akashi and instantly looked away. Now he'll see right through me! I felt my cheeks heat up and saw Akashi smirk at the corner of my eye.
"And of course..." he spoke. "You're still the same Aya, I'd always love. Even if you don't remember..." he smiled at me.
Is he for real?!
