uh well this is a weird tutorial but it's all I really have to post as of now so here it goes.
Superimpose
i. Open your image as the background and the same image as the foreground as well.
ii. Go to the filter tab and turn the saturation all of the way down to make it black and white (you can mess with the contrast as well to make it look nicer)
iii. Go to the mask tab and use the brush to brush the areas you want to show color. When you are done, merge and then save and add your title.

I'm 80% sure you can't do this on Pics Art, only because it's impossible to size the added image overlay to where it matches up exactly with the image under it. If you know how to do this, let people know in the comments here.
I bet there's an app on the App Store that allows you do this same effect as well, so just do some searching and I'm sure you'll find something.
on another note, do you guys have any tutorial requests or any that I've missed lately? I feel like I haven't done a lot, but those requests were scattered and weren't just in the requests chapter. So yeah, let me know please because I'm bored and need stuff to do.
