Superimpose

i. Open the template in Phonto and add your title as pictured below. Make sure to use white colored font as well. After you are done, save and open in Superimpose. Open a textured/colored image as the foreground and put it on multiply. Merge.

ii. If you would rather have the line be white, you can go to filter, press background at the top, and then select inverse. After that, just go back to the transform tab and put it on screen rather than multiply. Merge when done.

iii. Open the same colored image as the foreground, but put it on multiply or screen depending on what color you went for as the rectangle, but it should cover the rectangle part of the image. Use the gradients then under the mask tab to erase some over the rectangle (this is to make it blend in better) merge when done.

iv. Add your PNG as the foreground and put it on an overlay mode as desired. I put mine on Plus Darker as you can see above, but it doesn't have to be that. Add the glossy image in the add ons if you'd like. When you are done, save and add filters if desired!

Pics Art

i. Add your title as so in step one above.

ii. Open in Pics art and go to add image. Add your colored image and put it on multiply on the drop down menu. Press the checkmark and then go back to add image and add the same colored image, only this time, put it on screen. Use the brush to softly erase some of the color in the box. Press checkmark when done.

iii. Go to add image again and add your PNG. Put it on an option as desired in the drop down menu and then save when done. Add filters as desired!

Comments

hey guys, so I'm going to be gone for the next week and a half, so if I don't update, that's why. I'm trying to get some chapters typed in advance, but who knows how many I'll get done. We'll just have to see.

I got this cover idea from Iydiamartin who had posted this fantastic idea on her deviantart, where you can find her at newtalism. Make sure to go check her out! (:

do you guys also think I should do like a question thing at the end of these chapters now? It could be something like:

comment your favorite song! or what's your favorite TV show?

just a thought, lmao
