Tori came in.
"Our jobs done he's already dead" said Arata.
"It seems he can die" he continued.
He stood up, I grabbed his leg.
"I won't die!" I shouted.
"Dont do that!" Shouted Arata.
He grabbed me and dragged me through everyone to the main room. Everyone stared at me.
"Even if he can't die, does he deserve this?" Said one.
"Apparently he is the original Kira. So yeah he deserves it" Said another.
Arata dropped me on the floor. Someone threw a large stick at me. It hit me on the stomach. I coughed up blood again. I rolled over and tried to get up. But fell down in pain. Arata picked me up and carried me to the balcony. He tied me up again.
"I'll be back after lunch, you have an easier job later" he said.
I lay there waiting to get my strength back.
When he finally came back he had a young child with him.
"Light, this child wanted to see you...." said Arata.
"What is it..?"
"I heard you know L... I'm L's cousin... where is he?" He Asked.
"I don't know I haven't seen him in 9 years" I replied.
I didn't want to say anything about his death.
