"Come on we can go now" I said while breathing heavily.
My eyes returned to normal.
"Are you going to be ok?" He asked.
"I think" I replied.
We walked outside.
"Light, if this is hurting you, we can stop getting you to fight. If it gets to bad you can go back to the shinigami world" he said.
"No! I will fight. I failed while I was alive but I won't now. I want to change the world!" I snapped.
We drove back to headquarters.
"Welcome back Light!" Jou shouted.
"Why have you got your hand over your heart?" Asked Takayuki.
I put my hand down.
"What the hell happened?!?!" They shouted.
"I walked in and he stabbed himself with a metal pole" said Arata.
"Why?" Asked Usagi.
"So he would return to normal" he replied.
"Light, you should go rest" said Arata.
"No I'm fine. I can handle it" I replied.
"Whats the new case?" I continued.
"A house in Shibuya got robbed, the robber killed two members of the family. A 15yr old and a 6yr old. They were left at home on their own. The 15yr old tried to fight back but couldn't. So they both died" said Arata.
"We have evidence left at the scene. We will go tomorrow" said Toshiaki.
