Lucifer's P.O.V

Leaning against the doorframe, I watched as Sky started yelling at Percy and Sarah. I honestly didn't focus on anything she said. I drowned out everything she said and kept my eyes on her. Even when mad she looked stunningly beautiful. Before meeting Sky, I never thought I would like someone so strong, especially when they were human. Yes I do categorize Sky as human even though she has powers. I felt my senses becoming stronger as if something bad was happening.

I dropped my thoughts and paid attention to Sky. Her body was straight while her hands were clenched into a fist on both sides. I looked to see where she was looking. My eyes widened when I saw Sarah was gasping for air as if she couldn't breathe. Sky was using her powers to choke her. I knew Sarah would soon pass out and drop to the floor. As much as I would love to see her drop dead I can't let Sky kill her.

If Sky kills her then I'll have to punish her. It's part of who I am and I can't let it go. I leaped towards Sky and immediately flashed out into her room. I backed up and watched as she was staring at the door in confusion. I was mad. I felt my body boiling in anger. I never want to have to punish Sky for her actions. Sky is someone who I would protect. How could I protect her if I have to punish her?

She mumbled something but I ignored it and spoke. "Why the hell did you do that?!" I yelled at her from across the room. I watched as her body jumped a little from being startled. She turned around and rolled her eyes. "Just playing around with her," she shrugged. I obviously knew she was lying. The Devil knows almost everything you know.

I hated when she lied to me. Most of the time I would let it go but not this time. "Sky, playing around with someone does not involve almost killing them," I growled, stepping closer to her. As I got closer I saw a little fear took hold of her. I also hated when she feared me at times. Each step I took towards her, she took a step back.

"Skylar," I growled in a low deep voice. I watched as she turned around and walked into the closed door. I couldn't help but mentally laugh. Typical Sky.

"Fuck," she swear while rubbing her forehead. I grabbed her arm and spun her around causing her to be pinned against the door. "You're being a bad person Sky. You need to stop," I whispered inches away from her face.

"I'm not being bad. You knew she had it coming either way," she mumbled with a sigh. She moved to her left and I blocked her with my arm so she couldn't leave. She looked at me knowing I was not going to let this go so easily.

"Skylar as much as I would love to see her drop dead, I can't let you do that. If you do that then I'll have to...punish you and I don't want that. I can't let it slide if you do something bad because it's part of my nature to punish those who do bad. You -" I stopped talking when I noticed she was just deep in thoughts. Man I would kill to read her thoughts right now. I read some of Sky's thoughts before like when the accident happened and stuff but I vow never to invade her privacy. She doesn't even know I could read thoughts.

"Are you paying attention?" my voice got deep. What the hell was that? She stared at me for a few and I knew she started to think again. Baby girl you better not be thinking about what I think you're thinking off. "Sky!" he growled which shook her out her thoughts.

"Huh?" she mumbled. After a few seconds, she realized she was staring and I couldn't help but chuckle mentally at her adorableness. I knew she was blushing as she tried to cover it by looking down so her hair would cover it. You're so fucking beautiful and you don't even know it. I felt my body relaxing at the sight of her. I stretched my hand out and lifted her chin up so we were in eye contact once again. I tucked her hair behind her ears so her face was uncovered.
