After a while of cheering they all scattered. Some went to change their clothes and others went to do their own thing. I walked up to the bar and poured myself a shot. I took the shot and felt the burn of the alcohol as it went down. I slowly shook it off and took another one. The second one went down a bit smoother.

I went behind the counter and took out a cup. I then poured some ice into it and poured half Hennessy and half with Monster energy drink. I swirled the mixture around in my cup so it was a little bit cold. I took a swing and felt the small buzz. My drink needed something. I looked around at all the bottles that were opened.

Ah, here we go. Saint James rum. I poured a little into my cup and swirled it around again. The smell got stronger and I tasted it and smiled at success. The perfect drink for a perfect celebration. I looked up to see Lucifer on the lobby couch staring at me.

"So you're going to stare at me and not say anything?" I blurted out. He shrugged and I felt like slapping him. I restrained myself and took another swing at my drink. "Tell me you fucking didn't," Gabe's voice shout and I let out a little scream.

I turned to him to see he was pissed. "You scared me and what's the problem?" I said, rolling my eyes and sipping on my drink.

"You drank rum," he spat, holding up the bottle. I looked at him in confusion then face-palmed myself. "Crap," I mumbled.

He took the cup from my hand and smelled it. "How could you forget your powers go against rum and how much did you put," he huffed. "It's been a while since I drank. I poured a little and mixed it with Monster and Hennessy," I sighed.

"Anything else?" he asked. "I took 2 shots," I admitted. He poured some Monster and Henny into a cup of ice and handed it to me. "Stay away from the rum," he said as I took the cup. "What would I do without you?" I teased.

"Probably become a stripper," he mocked and I rolled my eyes. "You!" he yelled looking at Lucifer. Lucifer looked up with a questioning expression. "Why didn't you stop her? You saw what happens to her when she drinks rum," Gabe spoke. Without words or any emotion, he shrugged. I rolled my eyes and drank out half of my drink.

Gabe was about to say something but James came running in. "Scotty's here," he said, panting out of breath as if he ran a marathon. I placed my drink on the counter. "Crap. I forgot about him," I cursed out loud. "You can't take him when intoxicated," Gabe groaned while walking behind me.

The door rang and the sound echoed through my head. "Fuck!" I cursed while holding my head.

"Is she -"

"Yes," Gabe replied, cutting James off.

I walked to the door and opened it.

"Baby girl," Scotty smirked. I looked behind him to see it was only him. "Yes, I came alone," he grinned. I rolled my eyes and walked inside. I felt the room tilting a bit and I cursed mentally. I slowly walked to Gabe before casually leaning on him. He stood up straight and wrapped his arms around my waist to hold me up.

"What do you want?" I asked slowly.

"Well-" he was cut off by a phone ringing. It was his. He held up a finger and picked up. "Did you eat anything for today?" Gabe whispered and I shook my head.

I closed my eyes and slowly opened them. "No, don't do that. It'll get worse," Gabe mumbled. "Too late," I whispered as everything became a blur for a few seconds.

"He came alone. I checked all the sensors and cameras," a voice came behind us. I turned to see Randy. "Alright. Don't let the guys come here. Go in the backyard. If you're all here he's going to get bitchy," I slowly spoke.

Randy's eyes widened. "Is she -"

"Yes. She forgot what rum does," Gabe huffed. Randy nodded and silently ran out of the room.

"Sorry about that. I had to take this call," Scotty groaned while shoving the phone in his pocket.

"Why are you here? I told you we didn't take out your target. I -"

"I know. Henry told me," he smiled.

"So why are you here?" I asked. I let go of Gabe and slowly walked to the bar stool and took a seat. The room was swaying a little from left to right.

I turned on the chair and leaned against the table. Scotty looked at me for a second and continued. "I want to talk to you in private," he spoke.

"No way," Gabe butt in.

"Stand down dog," Scotty hissed.

"Watch it, asshole," James defended.

With every word that was spoken, I felt it getting louder. I felt my mouth dry up. My arms instantly reached for the cup that was on the counter and I drank 3 quarters out of what was in the cup. I giggled softly at the coldness that went through my body. My eyes widened and I looked at the cup. Shit.

I looked at the guys to see they were still yelling at each other. Lucifer was there with a look of annoyance on his face and Scotty was now pissed.

"Shut the hell up and get out," James yelled.

Scotty's fist tightened. "Are you going to make me? Remember you can't touch leaders," Scotty smirked.

"Fuck the rules," Gabe shout while rolling up his sleeves.

"Everyone shut the hell up," I growled. They all looked at me in shock. The buzz got heavier and I cursed under my breath.

"He -"

"No Gabe. Don't do it. Everyone out," I mumbled.

"But-"

"The only way this fucker is going to leave is to get this through," I replied bluntly.

"Well fuck you," Scotty hissed while walking up to me. He walked 2 feet away and brushed the hair out of my face. I instantly smacked his hand and he gave me a death glare. "You're lucky I don't smack you back," he hissed.

"Touch her again and I'll kill you," James growled. Scotty rolled his eyes and turned around. "Get the fuck out," he spat. I nodded towards them and they walked towards the back. I looked at Lucifer who was still on the couch. "You. Get out," Scotty spat again.

Lucifer looked at me and I knew he wasn't going to leave me here with him. "What are you deaf," Scoff hissed. Lucifer turned towards him. "I'm not leaving her with you," he defended.

Scotty turned to walk up to him but I pulled his arm. "No. He's going," I said looking at Lucifer.

I know you can read my mind. Just ask one of the guys why you can't get involved.

I watched as his eyes shot open realizing I knew he was currently mind-reading. He recovered and slowly walked out to the back. "Who's he? I've never seen him before," Scotty asked.

I opened my mouth but slowly shut it. If I open my mouth he'll know I've been drinking. He'll smell it if I speak since he's standing close to me.

He studied me for a moment then spoke, "Mind if I get a drink?" he asked and I shook my head slowly as a reply for him to get a drink.
