The night went on and the event started to get a bit wild due to the free alcohol. See if that was at every event, then the entire organization would show up. Some of the guys were either dancing with ladies from the other gang, taking shots or just mingling. I looked around and my eyes landed on Jay who looked like he was trying to get my attention. I looked closer at him and saw he had a pleading look. He was talking to some guys from another gang or something. He wanted me to come over and save him.

I stuck my tongue out and mouthed "Tough luck," then laughed.

"That's just evil," Lucifer laughed next to me as he looked at Jay. "Well he got his payback early," I shrugged.

"Go rescue him or I'm going to have to punish you," he laughed.

"Maybe I want to be punished," I smirked as I wiggled my eyebrows.

"Just go rescue him," he laughed, "Then after I'll punish you."

"This is probably one of the weirdest conversations I've ever had," I said getting up.

Lucifer stood up inches away from me before pulling me in for a kiss. "Don't expect it to be your last," he mumbled on my lips causing me to smile. He pulled away and looked at me. "Alright, I'm going to get a drink. Meanwhile do rescue the man before he cries," he laughed before walking off.

I shook my head and started walking toward Jay. There were waiters walking around with drinks on the tray. I grabbed two glasses of champagne and made my way to him.

"Sup," I greeted him as I handed him a glass. A smile lit up his face and he held his cup up as a cheer.

"His name is Mr. Sanchez," the brunette girl scoffed. I turned to look at her. She had on a purple lace dress that tugged into her body. I turned to the person next to her and it was another girl. She was wearing the same dress expecting it to be a bit longer and it was green.

"Sky, meet Trixie and Sherry," Jay nodded to them. "They're new to a gang."

I looked at them again to see they were battering their eyelashes at him. I hummed and sipped on my drink.

"So Mr. Sanchez, how long have you trained for combat?" the Trixie girl giggled. It was her way of flirting.

"Well, he had a total of 11 years of combat training," I answered for him. They both turned to me and plaster a fake smile on their face.

"Thank you but we were talking to Mr. Sanchez here," Sherry replied. "Are you his date?" Trixie asked.

"No," Jay and I replied together. A smirk twitched on her lip and I turned to Jay who looked like he was about to really cry.

"Sky, my favorite person," a deep voice came closer to us. I turned to see Henry smiling. He made his way up to me and wrapped me in a hug. "Thank you for coming," he mumbled in my ear before releasing me and I smiled and nodded.

"Alright well I would like to chat but I have some business to take care of," Henry smiled. "Bummer," I frowned. Sometimes I hated Henry but he was like a caring guardian to me and the guy. He took care of us and kept us safe. Although I sometimes want to beat him, he was still a great person.

"Sorry about that kiddo," he said, hugging me again. "It's cool Henry. Now go before you miss the person," I smiled. He turned to walk away and I turned back to see the two twats looking at me with shock written on their faces. "What?" I shrugged.

"He is the head leader of this organization and you addressed him by his first name without him telling you anything," Sherry explained.

"Yeah," I answered without bothering to explain.
