It starts to get dark around 10 o'clock when we decide to leave Brendon's house. "How did we just spend 7 hours at Brendon's, we are now prunes" Josh laughs looking at his wrinkly fingers. Tyler laughs and starts to drive back into the centre of L.A. "Can we stop for ice cream?" Josh asks pouting adorably at Tyler who is trying to concentrate on the road. "Dude it's going to be like 11 by the time we could find one" Tyler responses at Josh's childishness. "They'll be one open, I know one" He tries persuading. "Fine but only because it's our last night here for a week"

Josh squeaks happily before plugging his phone into the speaker. They both sing along quietly, slowly lulling me into a slumber. I guess spending the whole day with an energetic Josh drains a lot of energy.

Around 40 minutes later in lightly shaken awake by smiling Josh. "Do you want some ice cream?" He asks as soon as I open my eyes. I shake my head and Tyler heads into the store. "You're adorable when you sleep" He mutters quietly, almost quiet enough for me not to hear him. I act as I didn't hear him and pull out my house key, just in case if I fall asleep again.

He takes the key, understanding what I was trying to say by giving him the key. "You can go back to sleep, I'll wake you when we're around to arrive" Josh whispers as Tyler returns with two ice cream cones. Josh happily runs over and grabs his cone before getting back into the cone. He is way too excited for ice cream.

Within minutes of leaving again, I've fallen back asleep. Such an interesting way to end the night.

I'm not sure how much later I'm woken by the feeling of being picked up. I slightly open my eyes to see Josh's jersey right in my face. He must be carrying me? I hear the jangle of keys as someone unlocks the door to what I'm guessing is my apartment.

I'm continued to be carried up stairs until I'm lightly rested on a bed. I now open my eyes to see Josh looking down at me. I go to grab my phone to write out a message but he stops me. "Text us in the morning, we don't leave until after lunch. Get some rest" He says. I almost forgot that they were leaving tomorrow. These two days have gone so quick yet seem to be filled with so much. If that actually makes sense.

"Goodnight Penelope" Is the last thing Josh whispers before walking out of my bedroom, assumably to head back to their hotel with Tyler.

He didn't have to carry me, they could have woken me. That was sweet.

Why do they have to be gone so soon? Even if they are back in a week or so.
