"Uh..Hi...Sir" i wave awkwardly with my free hand,

"Mind getting back to work Abby, lunch is over" Dave had his arms crossed and he kept tapping his foot on the floor,

"Oh...sure Sir" I nod and give Parker one last hug before following Dave inside the office,

I go inside first, he closes the door and an eery silence surrounded us,

"So...how was your lunch Sir?" i ask breaking the silence around us,

"Its fine, you don't have to call me Sir, remember?" he reminded me, i shrug and walk towards the door to my office,

"Abby Wait" i felt a hand wrap around mine, i turn around, Dave's face had all questions that needed to be answered,

"Do you like Parker?" he asks, and in that instant i felt pity for him, i don't understand why he cared about me and Parker, but we need to keep the act,

"Y-yes..he's my boyfriend.." He cringed at the sentence, and i realized that he's hand is still holding mine,

"Can you like...your hand?"i ask and he quickly lets go of mine,

"Okay, bye Sir" i awkwardly walk back to my office, closing the door behind me,

5 hours later

I finished retyping the company documents, i saved the file and get my hand bag from the couch and head back home,

I got off from the car and said my goodbyes to Derek, it was finally Friday, which means i can rest for 2 days,

I got inside my house and flopped onto the couch and watched some TV,

I decided to eat my pastries from yesterday, i took out the box from the fridge, i opened the lid and the sweet smell filled my pleasure,

I grabbed a glazed doughnut and bite into it, the sweet sugar melted in my mouth sweetly,

"Mmhhhmm" i moan in the delicate taste of the doughnut,

This tastes like krispy kreme..

I devoured the doughnut in merely two more bites, i flipped through the channels, i decided to watch some netflix,

I scrolled to the Romance Category, i decided to watch this movie called Me before You , i clicked the play button and got some microwavable popcorn,

....

I wiped the the tears that fell through my eyes, the movie was great, but the ending made me cry, the guy died because he was destined to die at that day, I brushed off the little popcorn kernels on my clothes and keep the remaining pastries on the fridge,

I turn off the TV and walk to my bedroom, i change into my favorite kitten pajamas and snuggle into my covers,

I couldn't sleep, so i decided to turn on the TV, i decided to watch some cartoons, yes i know, i'm weird, but who cares! i can't sleep!

I lowered the volume and the face of Dave flashed in my mind, his face was hurt and sad, i couldn't help but feel a twitch of guilt in my heart,

I brushed the thought away and started focusing on sleeping,

The muffled noises of the cartoons helped me to sleep.

....

I woke up at the sound of the TV, i opened my eyes to see that is was already 8:30 am,

I got off from the bed and turned off the TV, i took a shower and chose to wear a loose tank top and black cyclings, i tied my hair into a bun and headed to the kitchen,

I cooked some bacons and sausages with fried rice,

I set my plate filled with bacon, sausages and rice on the table, i took out a piece of glazed doughnut and placed it on a small plate,

I started eating my rice and sausages, i was about to eat the bacon when a knock came from the door,

I bought the bacon with me and opened the door, revealing Parker holding a bouquet of pink roses,

"Oh, is that bacon delicious?"he asks playfully and i eat the whole bacon in one bite,

"Yes, and i won't give you any" i stuck my tounge out on him, he rolls his eyes and i let him enter my house,

"Here, for you Lady" he bows down and hands me the flowers,

"These are lovely good Sir" i took the flowers and we both laugh, i took a small sniff at the flowers, they smelled delicate, i placed them on a vase filled with water,

"So, what you gonna do today?" he sits down on the couch and turns off the TV,

"Nothing at all, just gonna chill, why?"i sit next him and focus on the TV,

"I'm going to the beach, wanna come?" he asks me and i think for a moment,

"Sure, Sure, what time?" i check the time, it was already 11:00 am,

"Uhm, 2:00 pm, i'll pick you up at 1:30, cause i need to get my surfboard from my uncles" He says and stands up,i lead him to the door,

"Bye" i wave and close the door, i plopped down to the couch and decided to watch some TV before packing,

I opened my closet and chose my summer clothes, two swim suits, and some sandals and a towel,

I went to my souvenir room to get my surfboard, i may be a girl but i do know how to surf,

I closed the zipper of my luggage and i heard a knock from the door, i carried my luggage downstairs and my surfboard, i opened the door to see Parker wearing a dark blue shirt and white jeans,

"You sure you'll wear that?" he asks me and i look down on my clothes,

"Yeah, got a prob?" he shakes his head and he carries my luggage to his car,

He notices my surfboard and asks me,

"Hey, you surf?" he carries my surfboard to the trunk of his car,

"Yeah, i know a few moves" i move my hands in the air acting like im surfing,

"Alright" We high five each other and i got inside and brought my pastries, i close my house door and lock it, i sat on the front, beside him and we drove off to go to the beach,
