"I'll be back," I said through gritted teeth forcing what could only be an evil smile.

"Wait Jackie what are you going to do?" Toby asked as I tried to walk through the group who had all stopped talking.

"I'm going to kill my boyfriend," I smiled innocently saying the word boyfriend in disgust.

Everyone's eyes followed mine and I pushed past Toby and to the asshole.

"Oh darling boyfriend of mine," I chimed sweetly and he tensed pulling away from the girl his eyes widening.

"Babe its not what it looks like," he said weakly and the girl hurried away in fright.

"So you weren't just making out with some girl while your supposedly dating me?" I asked in a duh tone.

"She came onto me," he defended and I let out a dry laugh.

"I don't like liars and I certainly don't like cheats," I said darkly.

"Oh please you probably made out with other guys while you were dating me," he spat not playing nice anymore.

"No sadly I wasn't," I smirked, "wish I was though."

"Oh please you act like an innocent little girl when your probably the schools slut," he spat.

"Back off man," someone said from behind me and I looked over my shoulder to see that everyone was there but it was Jesse who spoke.

"Oh please your no better than me," Jake laughed shaking his head at Jesse.

"You know what I kinda find funny, is that all I could think about when I saw you was your stupid little smirk. Like seriously Jake smirking is not as sexy on you as you think," I laughed and he frowned.

"So thank you for giving me another reason to dump you, not only were your dates boring and unoriginal but your breath kinda stinks," I pointed out.

"Your a bitch," he snarled an stormed off.

"And your a cheat!" I called after him and he flipped me off.

Turning around and smiling to myself proudly I pushed through my crowd of friends and walked back to my stall.

"Where are you going?" Chloe asked as I slid on my helmet.

"No idea but I'm not staying here," I said with a slight frown getting on my bike.

"What about the stuff for the next races has someone given you the file?" She asked referring to the finals details.

"Um... There should be a guy name Fred Flint he should come around soon so could you grab the file for me?" I asked pleadingly.

"Fine, but don't get yourself killed," she warned and walked off as I slid the visor down.

Turning on my bike I pulled out of the tracks and down one of the back streets and heading to the more country side type roads.

I drove along the stretch of highway smiling at the roar of my engine my problems being pushed to the back of my mind as I drove faster.

Turning a sharp corner with ease I smiled pushing myself faster my eyes widened as my head lights shone on a dark figure and I swerved just in time to miss it.

I tried to slow down but my breaks cut out.

The bike jerked at the sudden movement and I went flying off the side of road my head rolling to the side as I fell unconscious.

Chloe POV

"He was hot," my sister smiled dreamily at me probably picturing the guy that she was talking about.

"Dona your acting like a love sick teenager, just go to sleep," I groaned throwing a pillow at her as I glanced at the clock that read just past one in the morning.

"I'm sorry," she apologised sheepishly.

"Good night Dona," I said rolling my eyes.

"Good night Chloe," she sighed rolling over on the mattress that was on my floor.

She had wanted to sleep in my room and tell me about the guy that was as hot as model with a personality as sweet as a slice of cake. I was seriously regretting the decision.

I let out a sound of irritation as my phone buzzed picking it up and bringing it to my ear, "what?" I groaned down the receiver.

"Look have you see Jackie she didn't come home," tabby asked.

"No, she drove off after she yelled at her mother and than found out that Jake was cheating on her," I bit out annoyed that she had abandoned Jackie when she obviously needed her the most.

"Are you serious?" She asked shocked.

"Yes, it just topped her list of bad crap that happened," I snapped at her.

"Look I just wanted to tell you that she wasn't here and it's past curfew so the doors are locked," she said and I knew she had rolled her eyes.

"Yeah I'll ask around," I said hanging up on her after that and sitting up on my bed dialling Mr Taylor.

"Hello?" Someone answered on the line grumpily.

"I'm sorry Toby but have you seen Jackie? She hasn't gone back to her dorms and the last I saw of her was after what happened with Jake," I rushed in one breath.

"No but she was heading out towards the country tracks so she either got lost or..." he trailed off.

"I'll try calling her," I sighed hanging up on him and dialling Jackie's number, it went straight to voicemail and I groaned trying it again. After about five more tries I gave up calling Toby back.

"She's not answering it just goes to voice mail," I groaned.

"I'll go for a drive, can you ring some of the other guys to help me look?" He sighed.

"Yeah sure, thanks," I smiled hanging up and calling Blake.

"Ello?" He asked gruffly.

"Morning sunshine," I chimed and he winced at the pitch of my voice.

"Why are you calling Loe?" He grumbled using the stupid name him and the boys had made.

"Can you get the guys to go out and look for Jackie, she's not answering and she didn't come back," I informed him.

"Where might she be?" He asked fully awake.

"Country roads out past the track, that was where she was riding last," I smiled and I heard shuffling in the back ground.

"Okay I'm heading out now I'll call the guys," Blake said hanging up.

I sighed flopping back on my bed, "what's wrong?" My sister asked sitting up in her bed.

"They can't find Jackie," I told her getting up and grabbing my keys not bothering to change out of my pjs as I walked to my car.

"I'm coming with," Dona informed me sliding into the passenger seat in her pjs as well.

"Alright," I smiled at my sister pulling out of the parking lot.

**

I thumped my head against the steering wheel as the clock hit three in the morning, no one had spotted Jackie yet and we had almost covered half the roads.

I jumped as my phone rang out snatching it up quickly and pushing it to my ear.

"Please tell me you found her," I begged to who ever was calling me.

"I did," Toby breathed happily but there was an edge to his tone.

"What happened?" I asked cautiously.

"It's I don't think it's good.." He trailed off and my heart dropped to the floor.
