"You rang?"

"Yes, Liz! Hi."

"What do you need, baby girl?"

"Does Scarlett happen to be in the room with you?"

"Yes... Why?"

"I need to talk to you two. Put me on speaker and make sure no one else is in the room."

"Done. Scar and I are both here."

"Spill it, Baby Downey."

"I may or may not have a crush on someone."

"Does this someone happen to be one of our costars?"

"A costar that's your age?"

"Yes... and yes."

"Congrats, sweetie! Tom is such a good guy."

"But I have no idea if he likes me back and that makes me super nervous."

"I've seen the way you two interact. I'm 97% sure that boy likes you back."

"Thanks, Scar."

"Is he still staying at your house?"

"Yeah, he's in the shower at the moment. I'm hanging in my room, currently sprawled out on my bed."

"How long is he there for?"

"Oh, yeah. That's what I wanna know!"

"He's here until January 3rd. That's when he flies home."

"So he's here for New Years?!"

"Get it, Baby Downey!"

"Come on, guys! As far as I know, we'll only ever be best friends."

"What if he makes a move on New Years Eve?"

"Which is tomorrow, by the way."

"Stop it! You're making me nervous. I called y'all for help and you're just making it worse."

"You're welcome."

"You're welcome!"

"I need advice on the situation."

"How about if he doesn't make a move by midnight, you make the move?"

"I like that advice!"

"I don't!"

"You're doing it. Besides, the two of you will be at the Captain America: Civil War cast New Year's Party. You don't even have to go anywhere! It's literally at your house."

"Yeah, we'll make sure you follow through."

"I don't like you guys."

"You love us. Now, we gotta go. Our pizza just got here."

"Have fun, see both of you tomorrow."

I groaned as I ended the call. That call didn't benefit me in any way. All of a sudden I felt a big weight on my back. I had been lying on my stomach while I talked on the phone.

"What the?" I breathed out.

"Hi."

It was Tom. He burst into a fit of giggles. I groaned yet again at his actions, but couldn't help but laugh a little.

His giggles were quite contagious.

"Hi, Tommy." I mumbled.

I adjusted my body enough to force him to roll off of me and land on my bed beside me. He just laid there, staring at me.
