I read over her shoulder as she texted away. I don't know why I this. Actually, I do know. At first I was just checking to see if it was JC or Andrea or someone, but then I saw this Drew guy. He's obviously her ex by the contact name she gave him. So why was he texting her? So, I decided to find out.
Drew ex: hey bb hows the cruise?
Bb? He still calls her baby? What the heck?
Jess: good. @ an info meeting right now
Drew ex: should i leave?
Jess: nah its kinda borin even tho super popular YTers r talkin
Drew ex: ok good :) i really needed 2 talk 2 u
Jess: about what bb?
Her too? This is weird.
Drew ex: well we've been broken up for sometime
Me: yes
Drew ex: but im not sure y we ever broke up. And i miss you babe. I need u. Take me back?
Ew gag.
Then she looked up from her phone. Her face looked like she was confused. Confused on what to say? Confused on what to do? Both?
She then turned her to me. Shoot, now she knows I was reading her texts.
