The shrill noise coming from the ground and the floor trembling beneath are feet means one thing.........Mercedes is coming.
The whole population of Proximity Fairies evacuates the area to a nearby Oak tree. The noise gets louder and louder, then the new civilization blows up into a million pieces. The remnants lay around the perimeter in a burned fashion.
Underneath where the town was built is a chest, for the dead. Carved in bold letters is the name "Mercedes" with layers of dust around it. Her tomb is a greyish brown with a frame that looks beaten up and thousands of years old.
The Queen and I search around it to see if it's safe to stand near. It seems safe. It's just a tomb holding an evil fairy that's been dead for so many years. Now i want to get away from this thing!!!!!!
The tomb starts glowing with a red light creeping through the sides. Great. The ground starts vibrating like a very small earthquake is happening. "Mercedes" name on the tomb starts glowing red as well and then the tomb starts to open like automatic doors.
The tomb opens up fully and a dark passageway is presented. It has stone flooring, stone walls and small stone fireplaces on the side of the walls. The Queen and I jump down into the passageway with chills running down my spine.
The tomb is very mucky and damp. The air is humid and dusty, and very unclean. Smells of dead people crawl up my nose and make me sneeze every so often. The passage seems to go on and on when after about a half an hour goes by, we come to a small room at the end of the way with a large message on a stone slab written in an unfamiliar language. Maybe Arabic? No. Latin? No.
"It's the forgotten language. Only rulers can translate it. Others cannot." The Queen says.
The stone starts glowing red like the tomb doors were and a portal opens up in front of it.
"Did you translate it?" I ask the Queen with confusion.
"No." The Queen replies.
An unfamiliar sound echoes through the room suddenly.
"Come in........."
