Also you need to know that the events in the book don't actually match up to the actual dates in reality. ie. I started this book around December 2015 but that's not when Lexa starts school in the book.

-          oxazepam (Serax)

-          imipramine (Tofranil)

-          venlafaxine (Effexor)

-          paroxetine (Paxil)

INITIAL DIAGNOSIS: CLASSIFIED

CURRENT DIAGNOSIS: Moderate Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorder, Mild Depression, Anxiety Disorder

23rd November 2015

- Official new treatment has commenced

-Patient often has feelings of unreality and is suffering from post-traumatic stress.

-Patient feels very tired and is often sleeping

- CLASSIFIED TREATMENTS

-CLASSIFIED REASONS FOR ILLNESS

30th December 2015

-          Patient has improved from initial treatment

-          Is showing less signs of depression but is still having frequent panic attacks

-          Panic attacks are severe

-          Patient is having nightmares nightly- she does not remember their details at all

12th January 2016

- Patient is improving but still cannot attend school without panic

- Patient shared videos with me of herself two years previous- she seemed confident, content and "happy"

- She is speaking much more and has been able to talk to her friends

- She is improving well but still having many troubles

- Treatment will be reduced and new medication released

23rd March 2016

-Patient has drastically improved after a holiday overseas

-Medication is now reduced and patient can live her day-to-day life as per normal

-Her anxiety can now be reduced with new medication

-But, being back in the city has worsened her attacks, especially when visiting familiar places.

6th April 2016

- Exposure to old memories has forced patient back into old state

- Plans have been made to move patient to a new country

- Referral has been made to new psychiatrist an hour out from where patient will reside

- As per mother's orders, patient will not have to make regular visits if patient copes well with the move.

31st May 2016

- 1st appointment with Miss Fox has not yet been made

- Patient, according to mother, is going very well and will not need treatment until her monthly check up.

12th August 2016

- Patient has become extremely distressed by some unknown events

- Patient has been put on new, extra medications

- Any improvements have now been reversed

- Patient will not talk about problems

24th August 2016

- Patient has been sent to Sydney for recovery
