Do you know the feeling,
When something sits oddly,
And your stomach flips thrice,
Where 'fun' is something to scowl at.
That look you give, a warning,
That 'mess with me' is a death sentence
And a joke is a crime,
When they laugh and say
Are you depressed?
And you frown and suggest
No. Yes. I don't think so?In reality you're not.
Its a mental trick
A plague.
So that you begin to worry more
About the feeling deep down
And wonder what it says,
Trust us we know
About that feeling that overwhelms
When it started off as a pebble
And now becomes a rock
And will be a boulder.
I tell you now.
Stop.
Breathe.
Think.
See.That this isn't real,
Your mentality is withering.
Your thoughts need to push through
And see you aren't what they say,
Are you?
Don't conform to what they think
Don't believe that it is true.
Because in the end
The only one you should listen to
Is you.
