Do I?

There are questions in this life that determine out goals.
Such as is it best to die young or find love and die old?
There's the question of do I love you?
Or do I love the way you make me swoon?
Then there's the want and the need to have a family,
One of your own where love and hate share quality.
Questions like am I good enough for them?
Am I the one they'll love till the end?
How about when married comes and you take your vows,
Death till us part, yet will that falter now?
Doubt is a problem with mankind,
So consider the conditional,
Like if he loves me, is it me who's good enough?
Or if we grow old, our family will be beautiful.
How true it is to make your life worth time,
If you ask yourself Do I?
Do I want to know what it is to love?
To take our hearts to the skies above.
