There's three words,
That can make a heart smile,
Just three, no more,
It won't take you a while,
Look through to find the word that's first,
Look deep to find the second,
Be direct for the third,
Its a force to be reckoned.
The center so sweet,
Like honey caressing the buds,
Warming up the soul,
Like emotion often does.
Of course change one word,
And things turn foul or rotten,
But its overused from time to time,
And for those of us who care, forgotten.
So these three words,
Used so much or too less,
Is it best to speak or write?
I'll leave it to you to suggest.
Three words eh??
How mysterious at best.
Its easy for me to know.
But for you, you must guess.
Three words so often spoken,
Three words so often ignored,
Three words that mean so much,
Or little if we're bored.
