I stood there in the middle of the city
As the city cried its story to me,
About the bliss, the sorrow it gives to who strives
Trying this life just to survive.
Skyscrapers higher than the clouds,
Take you to the top.
But when you fall, you fall the hardest.
Dreams given hope;
Hopes being crushed!
Every grain and dust speaks about life.
And yet there's no life in living.
I looked around and for the first time,
My eyes reflected fear.
The crowd screamed how they were lost,
And that I would lose myself too.
