20 - Two Curse Marks

Everything started slowing down around me. The girl's movements were slower, Sasuke's moves were slower, everything that I observed in nature grew slow.

I lunged at the girl, trying to slice the senbon needle into her arm. She dodged me. My eyes narrowed.

This jutsu lets me travel at light speed, yet she just dodged my attack. I would get it if she had the Sharingan, or any other kind of strong visual jutsu...but, there doesn't seem to be any special chakra infused in her eyes, at least, from what I can see...

I moved from one mirror to another, practicing my speed before I would start throwing.

I had to throw precisely and surely, because I had an ally in my House of Mirrors also.

The girl followed my movements, and when I lunged for her again, I managed to fake her out and sliced the senbon needle into her left arm.

Not much happened, she didn't even flinch. She did seem a bit surprised that I was able to hit her, and with such an obvious move.

I scoffed at her lack of confidence in me.

The minute I stopped looking at her, she focused on Sasuke, knocking him backwards despite him using his Sharingan and then beating him down.

She knows that if she stays close to him, I won't throw. I thought to myself as my eyes narrowed. She knows that I wouldn't hurt him, not for anything.

"Ha! You're too easy." She said as she walked to where she had thrown him. "The Uchiha name is crying...That's okay. I'll just take my time and play with you before I'll kill you."

Since she was standing over him, I had more of a chance to not hit him.

I threw the senbon, over and over, as quick as I possibly could.

When I finally stopped, I was astonished. She had dodged every single one, with just her bare hands.

"Looks like the Yuki name is, as well, damaged..." She taunted me. "Hmph. I expected more, really."

As she spoke, I gave her a crooked smile. "Really? I don't think so. Those senbon had an overriding purpose."

She gasped when the small paper bombs I had attached to a few of the senbon exploded, catching her off-guard.

I threw another needle at her shoulder, and it caught her. Sasuke got up, throwing his shuriken around her to use some kind of attack.

It caught her, pinned her against one of the mirrors, and I didn't dare move an inch, because that could disturb the strings that were holding her.

He then performed his Dragon Flame Jutsu, which hit her with perfect accuracy, without melting my mirrors.

Sakura had entered the Mirror House after this, recognizing it as mine, and made sure we were okay.

The girl broke the strings, and stood once again. I readied my senbon and started to throw them.

As soon as I did, the girl glanced back at me, with the look of blood thrist, once again, and I was paralyzed. Again.
