When they finally made contact they hugged each other
"Auntie Sejeong!" Sohye said as she pulled herself away from the hug
"How's my little Sohye doing?" Sejeong asked her
"I'm good! We just listened to your album a while ago" Sohye smiled
Sejeong giggled, "Oh really?"
Then Sejeong then carried Sohye while I carried her luggage walking towards the pick up area.
"Yes! Yes! Yes! The Chrysalis one!" She wrapped her arms around Sejeong's neck
Sohye's auntie is Kim Sejeong of I.O.I and Gugudan. Carousel met her when Sejeong wanted to build a house, and coincidentally she picked Carousel to be her engineer. They've been close friends since then
"Auntie! Auntie!"
"Yes, Sweetie?"
"Where's mom?"
"Mom? Ah, Carousel!" Sejeong said and Sohye nodded
"Well she's still there in California, working sweetie" Sejeong gave a smile
"Oh... I see" Sohye frowned a little
Sohye surely misses her mother, well I also miss Carousel. She's been in California for a year already without coming back to Seoul.
"Will someone pick you up?" I asked as we went out of the airport
"Uhm... No" Sejeong chuckled
"Okay, I'll get the car in th parking lot. Watch Sohye for me okay?" I said as I rushed to the parking lot with Sejeong's luggage
Sejeong's POV
We found a seat and waited for Jungkook to pick us up
"So auntie! How was the concert?" Sohye asked smiling
"It was great! Lots of people came to our reunion concert at California. Even your mom came to the concert" I said with gestures
"Ooh! Did you perform a solo stage?" She asked
"Yeah! I sang my first solo song 'Flower Road'" I smiled as I answered her question
"Oh yeah! Here!" I took something out from my bag and gave it to Sohye.
"WAH! A signed CD!" Sohye's jaw dropped
"It's our best of best album with our new song!" I ruffled her hair
"Thanks Auntie Sejeong" she hugged me tightly
Sohye flipped through the photobook a d the photocard went flying, I managed to catch it and returned it to her.
"It's Sohye unnie!" She showed me the card
I giggled, "It's your mom's bias wrecker!" And she also giggled
When she was finished looking through the photobook Jungkook came
"Hop in" he said after the window went down and gave me a view of Jungkook wearing black sunglasses which made him even more handsome
I nod at what he said and went inside, I sat at the front passenger seat while Sohye was at the back.
"Thanks for letting me join you guys!" I said as I was about to buckle my safety belt but he beat me to it and buckled it for me.
That gave me butterflies in my stomach and I started blushing from what he did.
"There all set!" He scanned the car and when everything seemed okay he started to drive, "Let's go!"
Yes I have a crush on my friend's husband. I can't help it because he's so handsome and nice. He's like my perfect dream guy to marry.
But sadly he's already taken
I sighed to what I just thought of.
"Is there something wrong?" He asked
"No I guess I'm just tired"
Of course it's a yes! You've been giving me a hard time!
"Do you want something?"
Yes! YOU PLEASE!
"Nah, don't mind it" I smiled
I was getting drowsy and was about to fall asleep when suddenly Sohye spoke, "Appa can you play this? Auntie Sejeong gave this to me", she gave te CD to Jungkook
"Sure! Can you play this Sejeong?" Jungkook handed me the cd
I took the CD from his hands but I blushed wheb I held his hand, so I looked away.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked with eyes fixed on the road
"Yes! Here I'll insert the disc now" I inserted the disc in the CD player and the first song played
"Wah! It's Hold Up!" Sohye exclaimed
"Can you sing along with it?" She asked with puppy eyes
"Sohye-ah, Auntie Sejeong is just fresh from a concery, I bet she's tired" Jungkook said still with eyes fixed on the road.
"Okay" Sohye frowned
"Nah! I'll sing for you" I smiled at Sohye
"Really?" They both said in disbelief.
"Yeah of course!" I chuckled
"Here I go" I immediately sang along the music
I kept singing until we arrived at my house.
