"Life is like a book, you can either turn to the next chapter or close it."

Rose's pov

I heard someone knock on the door.I had a pretty good idea who it was, since mum had finally convinced me into letting her go to work-so it couldn't be her, and while it could either be Dove or Hugh.I doubted it, they were in the 'honeymoon' stage, they didn't have time to check on me.

So that only leaves one person who would care about me enough to visit me.

I heard another knock on the door that snapped me out of my conclusion of who loved me enough to come see me.

I opened my mouth to speak but my voice came hoarse and barely above a whisper that was even inaudible to me.I coughed slightly to clear my throat and spoke out.

"Who is it?" I felt a my lips curve upward a little bit as I called out.

"Uh, batman..?" His voice was laced with amusement and I could already sense the signature smirk playing on his lips, even though my view was blocked by the door.

"Please don't come in. I don't want no super hero, that doesn't have any actual super powers." I smirked as I started to play along with him. No hate, but I prefer wolverine over bat man, well anything that's wolf related.

"Fine, It's...Harry...Styles...from...One Direction." He tried to imitate his expression, by faking a British accent and speaking more slower than usual.I giggled slightly, as his voice came out nasally instead of deep.He must have some how got to know about my small crush on him.Though now that I think about it, Jay's much more handsome than him-but he doesn't need to know about that. That would only inflate his already enormous ego.

"Nope, wrong answer!" I laughed silently, while the voice outside sighed and then chuckled.

"Open this door, or I'll huff and I'll puff and blow your house down." he faked anger and growled.

"What are you five?" I asked, trying myself to stop laughing.I shouldn't be laughing.I'm sick because of him, if he wouldn't have drag me out into the pouring rain I wouldn't be sick, then again I did quite enjoy it.It felt nice to step back out in the rain.

"No I'm six." He replied cheekily.I rolled my eyes."Can I come in now, please? It's just me." He whined like a baby.

"Me who?" I teased.

"Jay." I heard him hit something on the door, probably his foot or his head.

"Ok." I finally answered as I snuggled back into the covers and sneezed, I'm tired of being sick, it makes me sick. Now I'm not even making sense.

Jay opened the door and stepped in.His hair ruffled and his eyes dancing with amusement though I could see concern too.

"Aww, my poor baby, is sick." He came towards me, after shutting the door quietly behind him.I wiggled, to make some space for him.He sat down facing me.

"How are you feeling?" He asked with a frown on his face.

Why don't you kiss it away?

"I'm fine now." I said trying to ignore the fact that I though of that.

He leaned forward to kiss me as if reading my thoughts but I put my hand on his chest. He looked at me in confusion.

"Don't kiss me."

"Why not?" He pouted more, he looked so adorable.

I'm cringing right now, just so you know.

"I don't want to get you sick too." I said, before adding, "Not that I care about you getting sick or anything, I just don't want to look after you." I lied, keeping my face blank to stop the heat creeping up my neck.I can't believe I just said that, what the hell is wrong with me?
