Chloe's POV

"Wow! Just wow, ang ganda mo talaga bestfriend. For sure ikaw ang mananalo." Sigaw ni sweetheart ng makita ang itchura ko. Nandito na kami sa backstage at kakatapos lang akong ayusan ng isang bakla.

Napangiti naman ako, tonight I will be a contestant in this pageant. I didn't know, but I just wanted to win this pageant.

"Sige na, pupunta na ako sa harapan. Galingan mo ha? Pag nanalo ka, libre mo ako. Good luck bestfriend!" Sabi niya at saka umalis.

Napabuntong hininga naman ako, at pumila sa mga kasama kong mga contestant, number 2 ako.

"Girls be prepare, in just 2 minutes the contest will be start. Okay?" The event organizer said and then she left.

Oh god, please guide me. I wanted to win this pageant. Nang magsalita na ang emcee na papasok na kami sa stage biglang naghiyawan at nag cheer ang mga tao. Paglabas namin mas lalong nagsigawan ang mga taong nanunuod.

"Go number 7"

"Go! Mela"

"1 for the win."

"Woooooohhhh! Go! Number 2, we love you. Go! Go! Go! Chloe!"

Napangiti ako ng makita ang mga ka baranggay ko na may hawak na sobrang laking banner, may picture din ako sa gilid at may nakasulat na 'GO! CHLOE! WE LOVE YOU'. I just smile at them and mouthed 'Thank you'. Nakita ko din sa harapan ng stage si sweetheart na may hawak na picture ko na sobrang laki, yung damit niya mukha ko din ang nakaprint. Nakasuot din siya ng sombrero na kulay itim na may nakasulat na 'CSP'.

Hindi ko alam pero bigla nalang tumulo ang luha ko. I was lonely back then, I don't have a friends, I don't have a best friend. But now, someone do the efforts for me. And I really thankful to have a best friend like her. She very polite and I like her as a best friend. Habang nagrarampa kami mas ginalingan ko pa lalo. Medyo na disappoint din ako ng hindi makita si lopez, he promise me that he'll watch. But the fuck? Where the hell he is?

Heart: Baka na late lang, for sure susunod din yun dito.

Mind: For sure hindi na yun pupunta, sana kanina pa 'yun nandito.

Oh! Shut the hell up my mind and heart!

Nang matapos kaming rumampa nagpakilala kami isa isa. Pagkatapos nun nagsuot naman kami ng sport wear. Then the next is talent portion... I dance, I must say that I'm very talented person. I can sing, and dance. I'm good in painting too. Well, that's me. One and only Chloe Samantha Perez. Then the next is talent portion, and I'm happy that I answered it well. And the last, we wear our evening gown. And when the result came, I win! Yes I'm the winner. Oh god, thank you. I win! I win! Thank you so much god. I'm very happy.

"Bestfriend! Waaaah nanalo ka!OMG!" Masayang sabi ni sweetheart at niyakap ako ng mahigpit.

"Yeah. Thank you for the support and the efforts that you make best friend." Sabi ko at niyakap din siya pabalik.

"Nakanganga pa ako nun ng sabihin ng emcee na, 'She deserve to be win, you're such a stunning lady. You're so smart, and your talent is very wonderful. You are Ms. Night 2017, Chloe Samantha Perez. Congratulations.' Diba akalain mo yun best friend? Ikaw agad ang nanalo kahit na isang beses ka lang sumali. I'm so proud of you." She said and laughed.
