All siblings have connections with the Raijinshuu Regiment. Mirajane (married to Laxus Dreyar), Lisanna(engaged to Bickslow), and Elfman Strauss(married to Evergreen).

The Strauss siblings have had previous training to become Warrior Angels. Despite being in the highest ranks Mirajane refused to become a Warrior and became a Matching Guardian Angel, her sister Lisanna did the same. Elfman Strauss was the only one who remained in Warrior training and became a Warrior Angel.

Mirajane was at the top of her class during Matching Guardian training. Lisanna was at the top 3 of her class. Elfman was in the top 10 of his class of Warriors.
