Chapter 22

*LAURAS POV*

I woke up and went downstairs, everybody was having breakfast.

"Where's Lucas?" I asked.

"Oh he's sleepin" jake said .

I ran upstairs and snook in his room with a cup of water in my hand. I walked right beside him and dumped the water on his face.

"LAURA!" He yelled.

I started laughing so much, he tackled me down on the bed.

"How do u already have so much energy" I said

"I dont even know" he said

We both laughed and went downstairs.

We all ate breakfast and went to Starbucks.

"Laura what do u want me to get u" Lucas asked

"I'll pay babe its ok" I said.

"No, I am, what do u want to get" he said holding my hand.

"Ugh fine, I'll get a small double choc chip frapp" I said

I went to use the washroom, I came out and everyone was sitting down besides Lucas.

"Where's Lucas?" I asked.

"He left outside to the store beside us" Marcus said.

I went outside to check if he was there and he was talking and laughing with another girl. I went back in Starbucks and acted like nothing happened I sat down with them.

Lucas came back after 10 minutes and sat down beside me. I moved over a bit and sat by myself.

"U ok?" Lucas asked.

"yes Lucas ok" I said and rolled my eyes.

"Okay, whatever u need tell me" he said.

I ignored him and walked back home alone.

I went upstairs to take a shower and put on sweatpants and a sweater and wore a messy hair bun.

Avery came home by herself.

"Why are u here so early?" I asked trying to be nice.

"They left to some store retard" she said.

I felt broken again, being called a retard hurt me more.

I came downstairs and told her how I feel.

"Avery stop pls, it hurts me" I said

"Do I care?" She said.

"You're so rude!" I said

"It'll hurt u more when u see what I'm gonna do with Lucas" she said grabbing my throat

"let go! Ur choking me!" I said trying to get the words out of my mouth

"Don't fucking touch him" I said

"We'll see about that" she said.

I ran upstairs and started crying again, she always ruins my life, every second of it.

*30 min later*

Everybody came home and Lucas came upstairs to check on me.

He knocked on my door several times.

"what do u want" I said

"Babe let me in" he said.

"Ok what do u want" I said

He came in and stood infront of me.

"What?" I said getting mad.

"What happened!!?" He said.

"Look if u don't wanna be with me stop pretending" I said tearing up.

"I do!" He said

"U always flirt with other girls, u know it hurts me" I said.

*LUCAS POV*

I was talking to a girl about jewelry, because I want to get Laura a beautiful necklace, I want to surprise my princess.

"Babe I wasn't!, I would never hurt u!" I said.

"Just stop!, get out please! I need to be alone right now" she said, she bursts into tears.

"Babe please" I said.

"get out Lucas, now" she said.

I left the room...
