(Mercy's vampire's POV)
I hissed threateningly as he stepped closer.
Rye kept his head down and his gaze locked onto the floor. He was such a useless vampire. My claws extended and my fangs appeared. All he had to do was force Mercy into falling in love with him. They were blood mates after all, so it shouldn't have been so hard!
I could feel her trying to retake control of her body and it was annoying me to no end. And to make things even worse, her wolf was also starting to recover. I should have killed wolf boy when I had a chance but I didn't think he would be such a burden.
Despite my obvious warnings, the pup's hand tightened around Rye's neck and he kept walking forward.
"HIS NAME IS DACE" Mercy and her wolf cried.
God, these idiots give me such a head ache. If only things had gone according to my plan. Then, I would have her body, my power and the extinction of the entire werewolf population.
"Give me Mercy back. "
the pup demanded, keeping his claws on Rye's throat.
I chuckled dryly,
"And why would I do that..."
His lip curved up into a cocky smirk,
"To prevent me from doing this."
Before I could react, the werewolf tore out Rye's throat with his claws. I screeched a loud,
"NOOOOOOO!!"
Before lunging out at him, claws extended, and fangs bared.
