December 25th, 2014.

“Merry Christmas!”

“Merry Christmas, Lily-bear.”

“Wow, I haven’t heard that nickname in a while.”

“I thought I’d switch it up – is that moaning in the background?”

“Huh? Oh, it’s Destroya by My Chemical Romance…”

“That is really loud. I feel bad for your neighbors.”

“Pssh, they’re used to it.”

“I doubt it. So, what are you up to?”

“I’m at my brother’s house right now with his friends and other family members. Oh, and Toni. But she’s not important.”

“Ouch, that’s harsh.”

“Yeah, well. We’re listening to music and hanging out, bugging my mom for food. She keeps swatting at us with a spatula every time we enter the kitchen.”

“Damn! That is a feisty woman!”

“Tell me about it. I’m going to go bug her some more. Tell the boys I said Merry Christmas!”

“Will do. I’ll see you in a few days, okay?”

“Alrighty.”

“Love you.”

“Mhm.”
