Chapter 23 - Visitor!

Normal POV

After Reza had put Claire in a different room, everyone went straight to bed, and fell asleep. Every one except Claire.

In her room, Claire was on her bed laying down. She kept thinking about her dad, she missed him already.

"Dad, if only I could have a way to go back home to you." She said, her eyes starting to get watery. Shaking her head, she sat up not wanting to let tears out. She wanted to stay strong for once, not being a damn cry baby.

If only I knew a way out of here, and a way to go back home. All this had to be all one huge bad dream. It had to. She thought.

She looked down at her hands. Saw that her hasn't realized her hands were trembling.

"I-I I'm not afraid, am not afraid, I'm not afraid Claire said repeating the same thing over and over again. Tears finally making their way down to her cheeks. She opened her eyes again.

"I -I am afraid, I'm afraid, she said admittedly, and she hated to admit it. But she was. How can she not, hello she's not in her world anymore, but in freaking outterspace with two giant, males from a different species, who almost killed each other for her. Which she found ridiculous, if you'd ask her. She didn't want to be here, she felt all alone, she felt cold, and most importantly, she felt hungry.

"Dammit, only last time I remember eating was on earty, when I had lunch with my dad, since I got tooken for 1 or 2 and a half days, I been hungry. I'm starving, for heaven sake." She said to her self .

"I probably would have had food in my stomach if I had just stay put, jeez I'm so retarded". She said to herself now regretting what she did was stupid, and could've cost her, her life. Actually it could have cost her to lose the most important precious thing she care about giving away, her virginity. She was so thankful Beserker Holt himself last minute and thought twice on what he was about to do to her.

Why didn't he do it?

Whao, whao whao snap out of it Claire! She mentally smacked herself from thinking that. Of course she was glad he didn't rape her, she wouldn't forgiven him ever, she'd hated him for life.

"Guess he's not a complete heartless bastard, like I thought he is, maybe there is a soft spot to him?" She said to herself.

Not to get her wrong, but she would NEVER give up what she cared mostly about to just any man, if that day ever came. She wanted it to be for love.

Claire felt her whole face getting warm-up. She blushing again.

With that thought in her head, she felt herself getting tired, and decided to go to sleep. She'll need it.

Several miles away.

Unknown POV

The report of Reza escaping his cell but the king of yautja angrier than a bull. The young yautja he had raised as his own, since a pup now marked as another bad-blood.

Just when i thought things couldn't get more complicated , never expected that from Reza. Beserker no doubt was the reason he had escaped but why, I mean, he too is marked as a bad-blood for a crime on murdering his clan brothers.  I wonder why did Berserker do what he did, none of this is making any damn sence? I've known him since I was a small pup, when we used to train, and eat together. before departing to different hunting clans.

It wasn't easy for me to just accept this, those to idiots have just basically ruined everything they worked for and for what? Now two of the most important companions I cared about as friends, they're being shared for and hunted down by their own kind. None of this is adding up. There has to be some sort of explanation from this, surely sitting here in my quarters pacing back and forth wont work only ones that I'll learn the truth are from....them.

If I leave, I'll be marked too. Shaking my head. Getting up and packing everything useful. Then snucked away into a small ship.

"Ugh this is crazy, those two when I see them, I'm gonna best them!" I said out loud.

Getting everything into the ship, and making a take off without anyone realizing it.

"Berserker,  Reza I'm on my way, just hang in there." I said to myself and press the button on the control screen to take me exactly to where they might be at.

The ship took off into space.

I sat down in my chair, thought about what I just did.

No. No. No. No. No. I can't turn back now, I need to get my answers from them and if it's what I think it is, I could help them.
