Chapter 46 - Search party

(Normal POV)

Aurelia and Beserker ran beginning the search for Claire

Both confused and mad as to why would she risk doing such a thing especially on a foreign planet not knowing what dangers lurk around here. On top of that they are hiding from any bounty hunters that might be looking for them, but that's not all it's Beserker's father that is on a current rampage hunting him down as well. King Astéri is the last person they want to be in the presences of cause who knows what he'll do to all 3 of them not like they cared it's Claire who they worried about the most since she's human and is not registered into their system. Having a human knowing about their existence is one thing but not being on the yautja log that clears it if she's mated to a yautja or recognized as a fighter, punishment would be death for sure, but Beserker would have to tell that to his father. If they were to get captured before Beserker's innocence is proven then worst fear might be that cause now he is targeted as a bad blood, and Claire being his mate she too will be executed along with him as well.

(Reza POV)

Dammit it's almost going to be getting dark soon, and still no sign of Claire.

Another thought made have frightening chills that She might have been spotted by bounty hunter and sold illegally for large amount of money or a royal guard and tooken away from the planet and brought to the king. It frighten him to the core hoping that wasn't the case there.

Snapping out of his thoughts he countined searching and searching through a huge city filled with an enaormous large crowd of other alien creatures and other yautjas.

*this is bad, all bad.*

This is just prefect. How the hell was he going to spot Claire in a large crowd like this, at this rate  it will take forever, and who knows how long this will take.

*No, I can't think like that not when it's all about Claire. For all who knows if she's in any type of danger. She needs me, I have to continue and ain't going to give up on her.*

"Even if she's Beserker's mate." Reza said under his breathe with bitterness and a little jealousy towards Beserker.

Was he mad, yes he was furious that Beserker didn't have any consideration for Claire making her his after he was previously with another female.

Shaking his head disapprovaling,  Beserker used to feel something for Aurelia and just tossed her aside like nothing. Not expecting anything good or noble from his friend any more.

With that Reza pushed himself forward and continued the search.

*she couldn't have gotten far.*

(Claire POV)

I managed to run as far away as I could from the ship I was in. I didn't want them to ever find me.

To me they're all liars and betrayers. I hate them.

*go back!* Imae pleaded.

Ugh *I said no Imae.* I told her started to feel irritated with her nagging.

I wasn't going turning back now. No matter how much I hear Imae beg, no matter how much I heard her plead I wasn't going back. Ever.

I needed to find a way out and off this planet. I don't know how I'm gonna do it but I have to give it a shot. I don't have any money. But what I do have might help for trading stuff. Like the weapons I learned how to built back on the ship. That includes the oxygen mask I'm wearing to help me breathe.

I needed to find somone who can speak English...

As I walked and continued walking. I passed by lots of stories sorta like a market type place except with aliens.

My stomach growled a little. I blush cause i noticed several eyes glancing my way.

*hehe, that's really awkward.* I thought to myself.

*hah..I'll say!* Imae laughed.

*shut up you!* I snapped back mentally.

With that I decided to look some where I could find and eat.

Many places to eat yet none seem appetizing to me since it was nothing like on earth.

Sigh....i need to get home. Father I miss him so much.

I felt a rough tap on my left shoulder.

My eyes widen with horror. Heart started beating real fast .
My heart dropped to my stomach.
*no way they found me, but how could it be I'm far away from the ship!!??*

I hesitantly began to slowly turn my head to face whoever it was.

Behind me was a yautja ....a male one too, but he's not Beserker nor Reza as far as I could tell. Who the hell is this guy?

I then turned my whole body around facing ...this big guy that I have no idea who he is... or what he wants. 

Suddenly he leaned forward close to my face and started sniffing inhaling my scent and move down to my neck all the way to my chest then it came back up and started sniffing my hair.

*what the hell was this guy doing!?* I thought.... this is staring to seriously frighten me like what do I do?

*Don't just stand there like a dumbass run...!!!* Imae shouted inside my head with all her lung power she had, I would've but my body wouldn't budge.

This guy....who is he, What does he want?

The big guy stop sniffing me once he notices that I am uncomfortable and my body was sort of shaking as if he knows that I'm afraid. Shoot no no I can't let him know that I'm afraid no I can't I've got to show this person that I'm not afraid that wasn't scared of berserker or Reza that I'm certainly not scared of this guy.

Next thing I noticed this guy does get close to my face so close his mask was touching the tip of my nose then his face when close to my ear.

"Your human....and I see he put his claim ...on you." he whispered in the low deep husky voice.

*What the f**k!?* I thought. If I wasn't scared now...the. safe to say I'm scared now.
