- yeah, still here, still going, happy late halloween x
- also, the spanish in this chap will be translated at the bottom!

That day they had to patrol the corridor that featured the kitchens. By this point, dinner had just finished, and plenty of Hufflepuffs were making their way back to the common room (for Hufflepuffs did everything late. Seriously). For today, it was Olivia and Tom's job to make sure none of them would detour into the kitchens (instead, they'd probably do it when the patrol was over). Additionally, at the end of the corridor, there was a club for the Hogwarts Muggle Club, where students could go and try out muggle activities/things. Alas, there was yet again a lot of students that Olivia and Tom had to make sure would go where they were meant to. At first, Tom had decided to set Olivia with the task of the Hufflepuffs, but when he found out that she was, in actual fact, having a conversation with as many as she could, getting distracted, he made her swap.
"You're a prefect, Ramirez, not a social club," he reminded her coldly, with a scowl on the side.
"Of course not. I am, after all, a human being. I cannot be a club. I did not think you were that stupid, Tom," Olivia replied, frowning. As she was still learning English, she still took things literally. To prove that point, fellow sixth year Alexander Goodman, said, "Olivia, stop being so literal. Merlin's balls." Olivia flipped him off and took her post outside the classroom down the hall.

And yet only half an hour later, the halls were dead. Another half hour later, Tom made his way to her.
"I think we're done now," he told her.
"Oh, no, no. They're still going to come out to the kitchens. In about fifteen minutos, the younger years will be in bed. Only fifth, sixth and seventh will be up. So then, the common rooms doors will lock and we can't get out until morning. If they see me come in, they'll just come back out again. And lock themselves out."
"So, you're telling me you don't stay down in the common room?"
"Si. No need too. Unless I want to hang with the hombres or something. But I get very tired easily, so usually, I just go to bed." Tom frowned. "Besides, I am not the only Hufflepuff prefect."
"Very well. Fifteen more minutes?" Olivia checked her watch.
"Just under."

When it was time to go, Tom left without a word, passing by Olivia silently.
"Adios," she mumbled sarcastically under her breath, making her way to the common room. When she got in, she found both Eve and Gabriella on the chairs closest to the door.
"Liv!" Eve shouted though Olivia had just sat down next to her.
"Si, amigo?"
"You called Tom stupid? Alex told us. I mean, come on. That's not a good start to your plan," she rushed out.
"Eve, slow down," Gabriella requested. "But, Olivia, honestly. Are you mental? He's not going to want to be your 'amigo'!" Gabriella told her, with quotes around amigo.
"¿Él no quiere ser mi amigo? Sad," Olivia replied, before standing up. "Okay. ¡Es la hora de dormir!"
