Sirentale Sans x Reader~ Part 2

I woke up to a loud yelling. I scrambled out of my tent to see what the problem was. Everything was on fire?!

"What's happening?" I asked, running to the nearest person. 

"I-I don't know! We woke up and people were setting the tents on fire." the boy said, his voice shaking. 

"Get everyone on the boats."

"What about the resource?"

"Leave it." I said, running towards the nearest tent and making sure no one was in it. 

The boy was confused but listened.

Everyone was on the boat. I took one last look around and headed towards the boat. Before I got on someone grabbed me. 

"H-hey!" someone on the boat yelled.

"Take one step and I'll do it." the voice said, a pointy, cold object pressed against my throat. 

"Go!" I cried to them. They all looked hesitent.

"GO!" I screamed. My crew jumped and complied. I saw as they sailed away that some were crying. Some looked angry and others looked confused.

"There. Now wheres the creature." the voice said.

"I have no idea what you are talking about." I whispered. But I had an idea.

"The damn mermaid." the voice growled, pressing the knife into my neck a little. I gasped and went limp. Ther person seemed surprised because they loosened their grip on me. I took a chance and ripped from their grasp and ran.

"Get back here!" they screamed, I ignored them and ran towards the beach.

I stopped at the edge of a cliff. 

"Cliche." I murmered. I turned around as I heard foot steps. It was the guy and a few others. They must have gotten away from the cops.

"We found it first. Give it back.

"It's a he; and HE doesnt belong to anyone. I growled taking one step back. I teetered on the edge.

"Look no matter what happens her you're going to die. Just give us its location and we'll make your death less painful." 

"No. If I die....it is going to be on my terms." I said, with that I pushed myself off the edge. Plummeting towards the water.

It's cold. That's the first thing I notice. It feels like...air? I slowly open my eyes and notice....I'm underwater!?! I gasp and try to hold my breath. That is until I realize I don't need to.

I look around and see that I am in what looks to be a bedroom. I push myself and  for the first time I notice a very important factor.

I have a tail?!!?

I try to move my 'legs' and my tail ends up moving. I stop and start to think about what is happening. 

Before I can process anything, Sans swims in.

"Hey." he says, as if everything is normal.

"W-what?"

"I transformed you. you jumped off the cliff because those, asswholes," his eyes flashed with anger for a moment, "were cornering you. I didn't know what to do and I knew if I couldn't think of something then you would die. So I transformed you." he said simply. I took a moment to let everything sink in.

It wasn't really a bad thing. All my work was destroyed so I didn't have anything to go back to. I moved my tail over the edge of the bed and tried to get up. Only to slowly fall. Since I was in water it wasn't like falling above land.

Sans swam over and grabbed my hand, pulling me to him by the waist. He held my waist and helped me swim a little. He took me outside so I could practice. I held onto his hand and flapped my tail. I floated a little and smiled. Sans smiled back.

I let go of his hand and used my tail to shoot myself off. I flipped around and giggled.

Sans chuckled and swam over to me, grabbing my hand and steadying me.

I smiled and him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He froze and his face turned blue.

"Thank you." I said, hugging him tightly, before pushing away and swimming around more.

I saw him look away and cover his face.
