I lazily trudged to my favorite café to work on some homework. I had just gotten a very large project that was due in a week so I decided to get the rest of my homework out of the way so I had all weekend to work on it.

I slipped into the tall table closest to the corner. Not many people came here so it was my favorite place. I smiled at the lady at the counter as she mouthed, "The usual?" I nodded and mouthed thank you back. I got out my papers and spread them out in front of me, immediately getting to work.

I took one more sip of my drink before putting my finished essay into my bag. All I had left was biology. We were doing dihybrid crosses. Something I found easy. (This is what I'm currently doing in my bio class XD) I rested my head on the table and started working out the problems.

I stopped as I felt someone looking at me. I glanced around until I made eye contact with a boy about my age. His hair was white and his eyes were different colors. I felt my face go red as I looked away.

I refused to make eye contact again and tried to keep my eyes on my own work. I glanced back at him when I heard him groan. He was leaning back with his eyes closed.

The manager, the lady that knows my order by heart, walked over and started talking to him. He said something back and before I knew it, she had pointed at me. I started panicking a bit and looked back at my paper.

I didn't look up again until there was a tap in front of me. I glanced up and saw the man there.

"Hello. My names Ink and my phones about to die and I'm really sorry if this seems rude but can I sit here and charge my phone?" he asked/rambled. I giggled a little at how nervous he seemed. I nodded my head and looked back at my homework.

I finished my homework and put it back in my folder before shoving it in my bag. I had finished my homework and was so happy.

I smiled and stretched over the back of my chair. Ink glanced up at me before going back to what he was doing. He hadn't said anything the whole time except smile at me and ask for the time once and a while.

I was grateful, as keeping a full conversation going was one of the many things I wasn't able to do. I stood up and swung my bag over my shoulder. I muttered a goodbye to Ink before heading to the door.

"Bye darling!" Sharon, the manager called. (Just thought of a name cause this character reminds me of my co-worker) I waved back before stepping out into the chilled air.

I looked around and saw the bus coming down the street. I headed to the stop and almost as I walked up, the bus doors opened. I climbed on and gave the driver my money before sitting down in a random seat.

As soon as the doors closed, they opened again. On stepped a familiar man. Ink. He saw me and smiled. I waved back and looked out the window. The sky was dark and the moon was surprisingly bright for once.

I was so zoned out that I didn't feel the tap on my shoulder till someone shook me. I jumped and looked to see Ink.

"You ok?" he asked. I nodded quickly and felt my face go flushed. He chuckled, "So what's your name."

"(Y/n)," I muttered out. He nodded again.

"It's a very pretty name!" I felt my face go even brighter. I thanked him and felt the bus come to a stop.

"This is my stop," I said, standing up and heading to the door.

"Wait!" he called, grabbing my hand, "Will you be at the café tomorrow?" hope filled his eyes. I thought for a moment before nodding. "Great! C-could I sit by you again?" I nodded again and giggled at his response. He did a funny dance before sitting down and waving goodbye as I stepped off.
