Outertale Sans x Quiet! Singer! Reader

"HELLO HUMAN!" Papyrus called, entering the house. I waved at him and continued doing the dishes. 

"Hey bro." Sans said, walking into the kitchen. 

"HELLO BROTHER!" Papyrus called. I smiled in his direction and set the last dish on the drying rack. I was about to head up to my room when Sans stopped me. 

"Hey (Y/n), Grillby is having this inspection thing today. Wanna come with me?" Sans offered. I debated it for a moment before nodding and getting my jacket and shoes on. Sans smiled and waited by the door for me. 

When I was ready he held out his hand. 

"Get ready. You may see stars after this." he joked. I grabbed his hand and giggled. As we left I heard Papyrus groan in annoyance.

"Here we are kiddo."  Sans said, opening the door for me. I stepped inside and took in the smells. Everyone started welcoming us as we walked to the front. I responded with smiles and waves as I normally didn't talk. 

"Usual?" Grillby asked Sans and I. We both nodded as he walked away to get out orders .

"Here ya go." Grillby said, setting out food in front of us. I smiled my thanks and started eating. 

"We got a problem!" Someone shouted at Grillby. 

"What?" he asked, cleaning a glass. 

"The singer canceled."

"WHAT?!" Grillby shouted. Grillby never raised his voice. 

"I know. What do we do now?" he asked. Grillby held his head in his hands. 

"Why do you guys need a singer?" Sans asked, drinking from his bottle of ketchup. 

"Because since we're monsters it takes a lot of convincing to keep this place open. The singer was a guaranteed good score. Places with entertainment normally make more money." the messenger said. Grillby nodded and rubbed his head. He looked distressed. 

I bit my lip and hesitantly opened my mouth. 

"I could sing." I said. This surprised everyone. 

"K-kiddo?" 

"(Y/n)? You can sing?"Grillby asked. I nodded. Grillby looked like he wanted to say something else but, someone walked in. 

"It's now or never Grill."  the messenger said. Grillby looked at me and I nodded. 

I stood up and Grillby lead me to the back.

"Are you sure you can do this?" Grillby asked. I nodded. 

"I can do it." I confirmed, looking at the stage. 

"Ok. Thank you (Y/n). You can do it," he encouraged before leaving me to go sit down. I took a deep breath before stepping onto the stage.

I ended the song and finally looked up. Everyone looked stunned. A few seconds later, the entire place burst into applause. 

I smiled shyly and stepped off the stage. 

"That was out of this world." Sans said, stepping in front of me. I laughed at his pun. 

"Thanks."

"No really! You really are a star." I giggled again. 

"Thanks Sans." I said, smiling widely. 

"Now the question is...will you be my star?" he asked. I looked at him surprised. His face as a light blue. It took me a second to comprehend what he had just asked. Once I did I let out a squeal of glee and tackled him. 

"Woah! I'll take that as a yes?" he asked, laughing when I rapidly nodded my head.
