Dancetale! Sans x Reader

I'm not dead I promise!!! I've had some family scares recently so I've been kinda preoccupied. I'll give the general explanation. My dad was just a few days ago placed on a heart transplant list. He is doing better but he will eventually need a new heart. Also, finals are coming up so I've been panicking over that. Basically, my life is attempting to murder me. But once I got back and read through the comments I legit cried because I was so happy. Thank you all for being so patient with me. I love you all and will try to be more on schedule!!

"Wrong wrong wrong!" she screeched. I stayed on my knees, panting. I had been attempting to get my ballet routine down for the past 2 hours.

"Miss," I said between pants, "I don't-don't think I can keep going today." she scoffed before picking up my bag and throwing it at me.

"Come back when you actually want to do something productive with yourself," she stepped out of the studio, her heels clicking in the distance.

I opened my bag and grabbed my bottle of water. I downed half the bottle while I glanced at my phone.

Street dance in 10! Hurry!

I shoved my water back into my bag and quickly got changed into my dance clothes. After typing a quick response, I raced from the studio.

"Where is sh-"

"Here! Here!" I shouted, causing several people to drop their things. I jumped over a few bags and dropped mine down next to my best friend.

"Gave us a scare their captain," Kochii (totally using my name because I can) joked, winking at me as she tied her shoes.

"Yeah, yeah. Got caught up." I took off my sweater and dropped it on my stuff.

"Well you better be ready because we're about to start," she muttered, pushing her way to the front of our group with me trailing behind.

"Can we even come close to that?!" one of my group mates shrieked. I placed a hand on their shoulder as everyone else huddled around.

"Yes, we can. Can anyone tell me how long we've been dancing together for?" I asked, looking at everyone.

"Too long," Kochii muttered sarcastically. I heard her yelp in pain, signaling someone hit her.

"See, you guys are some of the best dancers I have ever seen. Hey, and even if we don't win, we can always try next time." I said, sending reassuring vibes around. They all smiled before looking at the other group and nodding.

"Welp, better not keep them waiting," Kochii said, stepping out onto the large cardboard stage that was made. Everyone else followed suit. I stepped next to Kochii in the middle and nodded to for the music to start.

The song is Gibberish by MAX and I do not own the song or the video I used.

As we ended the crowd that was gathered around burst into applause. We all stood up and looked at the other team as they stepped back on the "stage" for the final outcome. It wasn't a surprise that they were monsters.

The monsters were really good at dancing when they come back up. I made eye contact with who I assumed was the leader. It was a short skeleton.

He wore a blue sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and sneakers. He smirked? I wasn't sure if you could count it as a smirk as he kinda had a permanent smile.
