Colby's POV:
"Mom dad can I talk to you" I said. Jade was beyond nervous and I can see why.
"What's up Colby? Who's your friend?" My mom asked.
"This is Jade Brooks. My girlfriend"
"Oh my god are you the one that was in the newspaper?"
"Ya that was me" she said.
"Wow. What a miracle you are" my mom said.
So far so good.
"Ya um speaking of miracles........Jade is......pregnant" I said.
"What? By you?" My dad asked and I was quiet for a second.
"Yes. She's pregnant by me" I said causing Jade to look at me.
"How far along are you?" My mom asked her.
"6 weeks"
"Wow you're still really early"
"Ya"
"Well Colby here will help you and we will as much as we need to" my mom said.

"Colby why would you tell then you're the father" Jade asked as soon as we got to my room.
"Because I knew if I told them the truth then they would tell me I'm stupid"
"Colby I don't want to lie to your parents. And I especially don't want them to help out when they have no relation to this baby"
"I know"
"This is crazy" Jade said.
"I know it is"
The craziest thing is I'm telling people that I had sex with Jade and got her pregnant. But I'm as much of a virgin as Mary herself.
