I don't want a real relationship but I don't want a fictional one

Chapter one: Introduction

[Heroine's Room]

[Bzzt]

I pick my left hand searching for my phone without getting up.

[Bzzt]

[Bzzt]

Where is that stupid phone?

[Bzzt]

[Bzzt]

I sigh.

I open my eyes and my phone was right in front of me.

I pick It up and look at the name.

[Work] 

Well, I'm late for work.

[Bzzt]

[Bzzt]

[Bzzt]

..........

It stop.

[2 Missed Call]

I ignore it and set my phone aside.

I slept on the carpet floor again. 

I should have call in yesterday. I was going to miss work today, but my mind wasn't all that clear.

The television was still on as well is my console.

I must have dooze off and forgot about it.

I didn't even get pass the cliché  beginning  "I'm your typical high school student who has no love life."

I pick up my controller.

On the screen it says press A button to continue

So I did.

The text pops up. 

[The heroine wakes up from her slumber and didn't realize the game have already started.]

Okay......

Press A button again.

[The heroine choose to stay home and play video games. All of sudden......]

Knock, Knock

I jump for a moment.

Is that from the game?

Knock, Knock

It was my door. I put my controller down

I get up, leaving out of my room, passing by my kitchen and down the small hallway opening the door.

I unlock my door and open slightly.

I take a peek. 

It was my landlord.

"Good morning, I'm here to collect your rent."

I want to slam the door right in his face the moment I open my door.
