[Heroine, there's a slight increase with Bachelor #3. Hopefully, it progress even more. Should we help?]

I check on my mail from the mailbox. When I open, I saw my last paycheck from my main job that I got fired.

"That's right, I have to pay him," I said.

I take my mail and take  it inside to my apartment.

[Landlord's office]

Knock, Knock

"Come in," said Dexter.

I enter his office.

"Hello," I said holding my check in the envelope.

"Payment," he points at the envelope.

I nod and handing him the last payment I will ever give it to them.

He puts it at the side of his desk.

"Have you found any apartment?" he ask.

"I'm still waiting for a call," I said.

"Well, you better start finding a temporary living. Tomorrow-"

"I know," I reply quickly that I don't want to be reminded.

I got to pack some of my stuff. The hard part is moving.

I can't call for a mover since I have no money.

I can't rent for a hotel. They are lot expensive than renting apartment.

"Depending on the decision what apartment you will be going to. It will take 30 days or possibly a month."

"What!" I said.

"have you forgotten? There are paper works. Cleaning out and repainting the apartment. It has to be ready before the new resident."

"You didn't do that to me when I move," I said.

"I reschedule early and there aren't many resident living here. It's easier to manage."

Now, I think about it. There's only twenty people living in this building.

As for Diana' s building, There were definitely more than that.

"How you met Diana?" I ask.

"Diana is my sister."

Yup, that make sense.

"We don't get along due to business."

I don't want a real relationship but I don't want a fictional oneWhere stories live. Discover now
