"So they Pythagorean Theorem is..." Jaemin asked, taking a sip of water before watching you struggle with the answer.

The two of you were in the library studying for your math midterm tomorrow. Well, today actually. Was 1am today? Probably.

Anyways, you both had been in one of the study rooms for about 5 hours, not counting the 30 minute break you allowed yourselves to get dinner and snacks, seeing as you would both be in there for a while more.

"I...I don't know," you admitted, slamming your head down on your book. "Ow."
"Oh come on, yes you do! We've been doing this practically all night!"

"Well sorry for not getting it as easily as you do!"

"That's not what I meant and you know it," he reassured. He stood up and walked behind you, placing his hands on your shoulders and rubbing them softly. You groaned in appreciation and lifted your head to review your notes.

"The test isn't until 5pm tomorrow...why don't we just call it a night? We'll get up early tomorrow to study and it'll help more. Struggling this late at night is only gonna make you doubt yourself."

"I...I guess," you said.

He knelt down beside you and kissed your nose, smiling at the way your cheeks turned red. Even after two months of dating, you could be so flustered by him so easily.

"Plus," he continued, "if we leave now we can cuddle before bed. And cuddling makes everything better."

"Is that true?" you giggled.
"Oh yes, it's been proven. By scientists. For science."

You kept laughing and kissed him softly before returning to your studying. Suddenly, you had a bit more motivation than you did before.
