BEAM's Day

Phana/ Kit: Hey Beam!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY our friend!!!

     Both of Beam's best friend jump in front of him as they greeted him cheerfully.

Phana: Here is my gift.

Kit: Here is also mine, Hope you will like it.
        They said as they hand Beam a medium sized box.

Beam: Thanks guys.
      He said as he accept the gifts.

Phana: let's eat later after class na'?
     Pha said and Beam just nod.

Kit: Au, what's with the sad aura in you?

      Shouldn't you be happy because is your birthday?

Beam: No, nothing I'm not sad, I'm always like this.

Phana/ Beam: No you are not!!
     they said in unison.

Beam: What are these anyways?
      Beam tried to change the topic.
      And starts to un box the gifts.

Phana: Hey! Don't change the topic.

Beam: Oh~ new Books, Thank you guys. I really want to have these new novels.
      Beam continues as he open their gifts.

Kit: Bet you will react more excited when it's Ai'Forth who gave you than.
      Kit said amd that makes Beam sulked more.

Phana: Wait don't tell be you are sad on your specially day because of Forth?!

.... what did he do to you?

... Did he ask for break up?

.... Where is he? I'm going to teach him some lessons.

Beam: No, It's not him, nothing happend.
     Beam said again, and before his friends talk again their professor entered the room and told them to straighten their postures.

Phana: We have meeting later after class.
     Pha whispers to them.

Their four hours class have finally ended and now Beam, Phana and Kit are now at the Cafe near their university.

Phana: Now spill it out, what's your problem? What Forth did to you?
     Pha said after he take a sip of his ice coffee.

Beam: He did nothing,...... nothing at all.

Kit: If he did nothing, then why are you so sulked on your special day?

Beam: Because he did nothing.

Phana/ Kit: Huh?!
      They asked confused.

Beam: Forth did not send a morning text message to me this morning, not even a single text, and he did not give me a ride on the way to class, we did not talk today.
     Beam said as he lowered his head and just play with the slice of cake.

Phana: Maybe he broke his phone and he is busy?

Beam tried to make a possible reason about Forth's attitude.

Beam: Then he can just borrow a phone to his best friend August like he do sometimes when his phone is dead.

Kit: Maybe he is planning to give you a birthday surprised?!
      Kit said excitedly.

Beam: Don't give me high hopes ai'Kit.
    

Kit: Let's make a bet? Phana will treat me lunch for one month if my guest is right.
