Danny and I were eating snow cones near  local yoga place when it happened.  Danny was making some joke he got from South Park and I was just laughing.  A woman got out of the yoga place.  She tied her long brown hair up to a high ponytail as her petite physique walked with a knapsack and a yoga mat.  She wore a maroon trenchcoat.

Lindsey's maroon trenchcoat.

~I don't wanna close my eyes. I don't know wanna fall asleep coz I miss you, babe and I don't wanna miss a thing.~

My snow cone was a rich blue and purple color and it was beautiful which was a pity when I dropped it to the gray pavement when I saw the maroon trenchcoat.

Lindsey's favorite piece of garment has got to be that maroon trenchcoat.  It wasn't exactly the most comfortable thing in the world but Lindsey loved it because it was a gift from her grandma.  She loved her grandma and on her birthday before her grandma died, this was the gift she gave her.  Lindsey treasures it and it's one of her most valuable possessions.  Lindsey practically flipped that one time I lent it to my friend and forgot to get it back..

I knew that trenchcoat like the back of my mind. I ignored all outside distractions as I watched the girl in the trenchcoat walk to the other side of the street.  That's gotta be Lindsey.  She loved tying her hair to a ponytail after going to yoga.  It's gotta be her.

For the past few weeks, I've ultimately failed in finding Lindsey.  I thought New York was the answer - Lindsey's final hiding place.  If I went back to Oaksville to get over her and Lindsey didn't want to be in Italy anymore, wouldn't she go back to New York?

I looked up at the name of the yoga place - Lea's.  This isn't her usual yoga place.  I barged in the place even though I can hear Danny yelling at me.  I looked around the cozy lounge.  Women, all in the same get-up as Lindsey, stared at me.  I looked over at a tall blonde girl with sharp features and asked her.

"Do you know Lindsey Gibbons?"

She looked at me like I was some deranged patient who just escaped the mental hospital.  "Umm...yeah...she does yoga here too."

I ran out of the place while Danny followed behind me dropping his snow cone too.  I remembered LIndsey walking opposite the yoga place which told me that that was where I was headed.  Danny kept yelling at me to stop but I didn't listen to him.  I continued running with all my might.

I've never ran this fast in my life, not even that one time back in grade school when my gym teacher threatened to burn my hair.  All of my doubt suddenly disappeared as I followed that single clue.  I thought I had lost that small clue when I realized that Lindsey didn't work in Ralph Lauren.  I never thought of her grandma's maroon trenchcoat. It slipped from my mind.  I didn't think it would be of much use but look at me now.

I don't want to miss anything. I love Lindsey.  No matter what happens once the two of us lay eyes on each other, I will do my best.  Lindsey will love me.  She was confused.  When she got that job offer, she was confused and despite of how much I've supported her back when she was working hard for that job offer, she broke up with me. I won't let her go.  2011 was the worst year of my life.  I can't let this year be the same and that meant that Lindsey had to be my by my side.

There she is!  She entered a taxi and drove away.  I panicked.  I can't run alongside a taxi plus there's no traffic at all which meant that she would get to her destination right away.  I quickly flagged a taxi and I've always wanted to say this but I never thought that I would be in this kind of situation when I said it.
