Liar Liar Pants on Fire

once again another short imagine requested by PixelErrors  well last time i checked at least, haha.

{draco's pov}

"C'mon, man! Why do you never hang with us any more?" Blaise complains, throwing his hands in the air.

"I told you!" I reply. "I want to start getting my grades up!"

"Your grades are already up!" He retorts.

True

"Well I want to get them higher." He gives me an odd look when I say this. "Just leave me alone, bro."

At that I walk off and towards the place I really want to be.

"Hi baby." I whisper as I spot (Y/n) reading outside. She looks over and grins at me.

"Hey Dracey." She grins and puts the book down, kissing me swiftly. "I thought you had plans already?" She questions and I shake my head.

"Nah they cancelled." I shrug. "More us time." I smile and kiss her again, taking her hand and we begin walking.

"Draco, c'mon, it's been two weeks I'm sure you can take a break from 'studying' can't you? Just for a bit!" Blaise whines.

"Well actually..." I start thinking of an excuse. "I'm reading this book and it's really good and I wanna finish it."

Blaise shakes his head. "Really dude? That's the shittiest excuse I've ever heard. And since when did you read!?"

"Since a few hours ago." I say and before I can questioned any further I walk off.

(Y/n)'s walking in the opposite direction of me talking to someone.

"Hey, (Y/n)!" I grin.

"Draco!" She smiles.

I grab her hand and look over to the person she was walking with. "Mind if I borrow her for a bit?" I ask and the girl nods, saying bye to (Y/n) and walking off.

"How are you?" I ask, kissing her temple.

"Oh you have no idea!" She exclaims. "I have to tell you something!"

I catch a quick glimpse of Blaise walking in our direction but he doesn't spot us yet so I quickly drag (Y/n) away trying not to make anything look suspicious.

 I sneak down the stairs and see Blaise talking to another group about hanging out and I try to walk past without him noticing, but he does.

He raises his eyebrow and sighs. He excuses himself from the group and makes his way over to me and clears his throat.

"Draco." He says lowly. "You don't have to lie." I give him an odd look. "I'm not an idiot, if anything you are." I show him a hurt expression but he waves it off. "I'm not blind. I saw you with (Y/n)."

I sigh and look at him with sorrowful eyes. "Blaise look I'm sorry I-"

"You can hang out with her if you want." I'm taken slightly aback by his response. "I'm not stopping you from doing so. But you don't have to lie about it."

"Yeah I know." I sigh. "Sorry Blaise."

"It's alright Draco." He smiles. "Now go. She's probably waiting."

"Are you going to be alright?" I ask.

"You're not my only friend, Draco." He gestures to the other Slytherin's he was talking to. Ouch. "We'll be at Three Broomsticks if you ever change your mind. But I'm telling you to."

"Thanks mate."

I give him one last smile before making my way out of the commons.

I saunter down the halls in hopes of bumping into (Y/n). I go to her favourite places and everything but can't see her.

I then go to the library and see her nose stuffed in a book surrounded by many other people. I walk over quietly with a smile on my face.

"Hey baby." I whisper behind her. She jumps a little but when she sees it's just me, she smiles.

"Hi Draco." She kisses me. "Sorry I'm not doing anything interesting today, I thought I'd just study with them." She gestures to the other people at the table. "You can join but I don't think you'd want to." She gives a sheepish, sorrowful, yet cute smile.

"It's okay baby you're allowed to not be with me sometimes." I say. "Have fun."

"Fun? Studying?" She chuckles as do I. I give her one last kiss before getting up.

"I'll be at Three Broomsticks if you ever need me." I whisper.

"Okay, have fun.
without me." :)

sorry this one was a little bad but it was requested and i honestly didn't know how else to write it!
but i promise i'll write better ones next!
