{draco's pov}

I rub my hands nervously on my pants as I stare at the back of my teammates. They're all hyped up for the game and I'm nearly shitting my pants. Honestly I joined purely because of that dumb Potter kid and now, mere seconds before we actually play, I regret my decision.

My team begin to walk out onto the field, one fist tightly around their broom and the other raised proudly in the air.

I do the same and plaster fake confidence on my face.

~~~
We've been in the air for what feels like forever and I feel like I'm about to fall off the broom and maybe intentionally. I hate this.
Gryffindor is winning and I think I should just let them. I look around the stadium in a panic, hoping to see if my father could do something to help. But during my search, my eyes land upon someone else.
She has her Slytherin pride raised in a fist in the air and determination in her eyes. She scans the air over all the players and eventually catches my eyes on her. She slowly drops her fist and continues to look me in the eyes.
Eventually she smiles and winks at me, then continues to blow a kiss in my direction.
Just as she does so I hear...
"He's got the golden snitch!" "Harry's caught it!" "Gryffindor is going to win!"
Gryffindor cheers and Slytherin boos were heard all over the stadium, but even then, my eyes were still latched onto hers.
~~~

"You lost." I hear a mocking tone from behind me.

"I know! I've heard it a thousand times please leave me alo-" I stop mid sentence as I turn around to see who spoke. Of course it was the same girl in the stadium.

"Hey." She smiles. "I know you lost. And I know you kind of stopped playing halfway through the game. And I know your team did pretty shit in general..." She drones and I roll my eyes.

"Where are you going with this?"

"Well... you still looked pretty good up there." Her words sent a shiver up my spine and caused a smile on my face. "(Y/n)." She puts out a hand for me to shake.

"Draco." I introduce myself, too, and she chuckles.

"I know who you are, Draco. Everyone does."

"Well I can't help it that I'm so popular." I shrug and we both laugh, knowing damn well that I'm pretty hated now. "When you said I looked good up there... do I still look good down here?"

"Are you asking if I fancy you?" She asks with a daring smirk. I smirk back and nod. With one last chuckle she pats my shoulder.
"Maybe."
