The episode starts with Naira and Kartik sitting in the conference room.
Kartik:- I'm sorry for that day Ms Durga!
Naira:- Its Okay! It wasn't your fault! I heard that you loved your wife very much.
Kartik:- Hmm! I loved her the most! More than anyone and anything. But she divorced me. She sent me the papers.
Naira:- Mr Goenka! Sometimes which we see and hear is not always truth. May be someone forced her to do this.
Kartik:- How can you say this?
Naira:- I'm just giving you my opinion.
Kartik:- Oh! Shall we do the work?
Naira:- Ya sure!
Now Naira and Kartik were sitting adjacent. They were discussing the work. Kartik and Naira were stealing glances at each other when the other wasn't looking. But Naira knew his gaze on her.
Kartik was looking at Naira. Naira decided to tease him. So she turned her face towards him. She gave him what are you doing look. Kartik turned his face and closed his eyes in embarrassment. He cursed himself for doing this. Naira chuckled on his cuteness. But she again kept her stern face.
They again started doing the work. By almost 9:30 pm their work got complete. They saw the time and were shocked.
Kartik:- I got late!
Naira:- It's just 9:30 pm.
Kartik:- Naira is waiting for me!
Naira(confused):- Sorry!!
Kartik:- Actually I do dinner with my Naira every night.
Naira was overwhelmed listening this. But covered up.
Naira:- Dinner is done in night only Me Goenka!
Kartik(chuckled):- Ya I know! Can I ask you something?
Naira:- Ya sure!
Kartik:- Can we be friends?
Naira pretended to think and gave in.
Naira:- Sure Mr Goenka!
They shook hands. That touch sent shivers to both of them.
Kartik:- I'll leave now!
Naira:- Bye!
Kartik:- Bye!
Kartik left half heartedly. His heart knew that she is his Naira only but mind was refusing it.
Kartik reached Goenka Villa. He was happy. Family was surprised to see him after so many years.
Naira went to her house. She freshened up and changed. She was making dinner for herself when the door bell rang. She went and opened the door. She was shocked to see Naksh and Akshara.
Naira:- You both! Please come inside!
Akshara and Naksh came inside. They sat on the sofa. Naira slowly messaged Naksh. Naksh opened it.
Naira:- Bhai why Mumma here? Did you tell her?
Naksh messaged Naira.
Naksh:- No Maa brought me here!
Naira:- You here for some work Mrs Singhania!
Akshara:- Yes!
Naira:- Okay Tell!
Akshara:- You forgot your jacket at our house.
Naira:- Oh! Thank you! I'll make tea for you please sit!
Suddenly Naira's phone rang. She picked it up.
Naira:- Yes!
Voice:- Mam what to do with Surekha Goenka?
Naira:- Keep like this! My work will finish soon!
Voice:- Okay Mam!
The call disconnected.
Akshara:- No we will leave! We just came to give you this jacket.
Naksh:- Haan we will leave!
Naira:- Okay!
Naksh and Akshara left. Naira smiled at their retreating back.
The screen freezes on Naira's smiling face.
