"Hey, Y/N," Osano called. "I'm going to the library to check on something. I'm gonna stay there until class."

I nodded while changing my shoes. "Take your time."

He walked away, but stopped. He turned to face me again. "And go to the rooftop later, lunchtime."

"Why?"

Osano rolled his eyes. "Stop asking too many questions and just be there!"

I sighed. "Okay. I'll see you."

He left, and I walked towards the staircase. But I forgot something, obviously.

"Ow!"

"Sorry, dear! That's too close!"

"W- whoa!"

"Nope!"

"E- excuse me!"

"You're in my personal space!"

"What the?"

"Too close!"

The Student Councils pushed me around. "S- sorry..." I apologized while dusting my skirt.

But when they're out of my sight, I released my anger. "Rude! I'm just walking here!" I complained, then went on my way.

I keep looking back at those councils. "Sorry, but I was not about to get pushed by someone ever aga- whoa!" I exclaimed, falling on the ground.

A plastic plate fell on my head.

"Oh my go- I'm so, so, so, sorry about that, Miss L/N!" Someone apologized. "Let me help you up."

I took his hand, then looked up. It's freaking Amao Odayaka! "Amao!"

He pulled me up, then looked down. "Again, I'm sorry about that, Y/N..."

"No worries, it was an accident." I smiled at him.

He chuckled.

"What?"

"You've got... vanilla frosting right here..." he wiped my nose with his finger.

"Thanks," I hung my head. "I'm sorry about your cake."

"It's okay, I can always make another one," Amao removed the plastic plate from my hair. "I baked something for you."

I blinked. "But why?"

"You helped me put out the fire down in the cooking club kitchen last Friday, remember?"

'Put out the fire?' I repeated in my head. 'When did I...?'

"Oh yeah, that fire. I panicked when that happened." I lied through my teeth.

He nodded. "Exactly. Consider it as a small thank- you gift from me. You can taste it now if you want."

I shaked my head. "No, not now. I'll meet you later in your club to taste it."

"You know I made it especially for you..." he blushed light pink.

"Aww, thanks Amao!" I hugged him. "You're so sweet! N- no pun intended..."
The school bell rang.

"Better go to class," I said, helping him clean the floor with a towel. "Nice to mee- I mean, see you again, Amao. Bye!"

"Yeah, bye, Y/N!" He waved back.
