"Don't be afraid of your fears. They're not there to scare you. They're there to let you know that something is worth it."

''I..*deep breath* hate you.'' I simulated my heartbeat as I glared at the smirking demon through the cage-gaps.
''We finally share the same feeling.'' His smirk disappeared while that demonic look took its place. ''You should try and lock your mind. Your thoughts are flying everywhere.''
I rolled my eyes. ''How am I supposed to do that, exactly?'' He flashed me another smirk and disappeared into the thin air. ''Pan?! Stop doing that!''
I angrily hit the cage. That son of a b*tch! He left me hanging again!
''How many times should I scream for you to get back here!? Ughhhhh!! You bloody-''
''Uh-uh. Watch your mouth, girl.'' He reappeared in front of my cage. Sitting in the air as if it was a chair. He just loves getting on my nerves, but I won't let him use it as his advantage. He's just another villain I want to destroy and I swear to George I will complete this mission.
''I've got a name, Pan.'' I spat out at him. My heart was beating so fast, making my body fall in pure pain. His actions done horrible damage to my whole body as well as my mind. My head kept banging on my skull, almost making it shatter. I could only scream in agony at how much it hurt.
I shut my eyes from the pain that exploded in my head. I could feel myself losing conscious, but I was afraid if I gave up, I wouldn't be able to see another sunrise. I weakly opened my eyes. They stung so bad, but I had to look at him. At this condition and as much as I hated him I felt as if he was the only one who could take the pain away.
His face was blurred but I could make out the outlines of his face. His eyes still pitch black, but somehow I found some relief shining briefly, but it was gone as quickly as it had appeared.
''Relax.'' My eyes kept trying to adopt darkness, but I couldn't stop fighting to stay conscious.
''I-I...It h-hurts..'' I croaked out quiet groan of pain, following my whole body to scream inside. ''P-please...'' I couldn't help but try to reach out for him, to find release, but my body decided I had to faint and with that my mind shut itself down, causing me to fall into the darkness.
~~~~~~~
I slowly started to awake from the sound that harshly rushed through my eardrums, leaving them aching just as they were before I blacked out.
Heavy eyelids slowly started to open, trying adjust the place and light, but the only source of light was coming from the moon that hung upon the island.
I quickly put my palms on my ears, trying to block out the horrible sound but it never faded away, it just got worse.
''Ugghh! S-shut it!'' I croaked out, my throat still sore from the earlier attention. God, what the hell happened. Why is my body so weak and petite? Why just why can't I be strong for once?
The sound kept piercing through my head giving it another round of headache. Yeah, 'cause just one wasn't enough.
''You can hear them?'' The all too familiar voice rang in my head. My eyes landed on the owner. His fit figure was sitting on the tree-bench, near the cage. I cringed as another round of pain rushed through my whole body. It still hasn't recovered, yet. I wonder, how long do I need to go back to myself again.
''Soon enough, you need energy.'' The night breeze flew in the cage, making my long hair sway in the wind. I would enjoy it if my body wasn't about to shut down again.
