The reader's P.O.V

I stepped out of the kitchen with a grin on my face as my eyes searched for the dark-eyed idiot.

''Peter!'' I called out for him but he was nowhere to be found. My eyes landed on his second in command-Felix. He was sitting against the tree trunk with his hood covering half of his face.

Crap, I sure hope he's awake...

''Felix?'' I crunched down in front of him, but he didn't move an inch. ''Hey, Felix?'' I saw a smirk creeping upon his lips but he still continued to ignore me. ''Scarlix?''

His head shot up at the nickname as I smiled in triumph.

''Uh, now you can hear me?'' He narrowed his eyes in annoyance but didn't utter a word. ''Well then, have you seen Peter...Uh, Pan.''

''Why?''

''What do you mean why? I need to see him,'' He shook his head and returned to his previous position.

''Do you know where he is?'' No answer.

''Fine then, Scarlix...You can help me,'' He glanced up at me as I smiled. ''The snow has almost melted and I want the boys to have something memorable from this winter, I don't know what, but something sweet. Can you..uh..help me?'' I asked with hope laced in my voice.

He just stared at me.

''Come on, please?'' What's up with this boy.!

''No.'' I rolled my eyes but continued begging until he huffed out angrily and agreed eventually. ''Fine, what do you need?''

I beamed up at his face as I whispered my plan to him.

''No! Too much sugar!'' Too late.

''Come on, how can you be so clumsy?'' I give up. We tried brewing hot chocolate with my own family recipe, but oh, well...key word - tried.

''Just ask Wendy! I'm not made for kitchen and neither are you!'' He's got a point. I nodded at him and walked out of the tent.

''I haven't seen Wendy today, do you know where she is?'' He shook his head as I sighed out tiredly.

''Damien! Where's the girl?'' A tall, black-haired guy walked up to us and nodded my way, me returning the gesture.

''In the forest probably, want me to go fetch her?'' Felix nodded as Damien bid us goodbye.

''Scarlix, can you show me around the camp? I didn't get to see much,'' He nodded his head and lead me around.

__

''So, what's your story?'' I asked the quiet blonde sitting beside me on a low-hanging tree branch.

''What story?'' The weather is quite chilly, it's probably going to snow again.

''How'd you end up here?'' My curiosity got the best of me as I got comfortable against the truck. I don't remember how Felix ended up on Neverland.

Something to do with flute, I think... Man, I should've re-watched season three, but who would've guessed I'd actually end up on Neverland.

''Not your concern,'' He smirked down at me as I glared back.

''You're really hard to break, you know?''

''Oh, I know.''

''Fine then, let's play 20 questions,'' His confused face made me smile as I explained the game.

''What's the point?''

''Well, we'll get to know each other?" He rolled his eyes but agreed.

''You start.''

''Okay, what's your favorite color?'' The interrogation begins.

''Green, what's yours?''

''(Y/F/C), What makes it special?''

''Everything you can see around here is mostly green, Neverland has been my home for...I don't know, a while...but...there's one more reason...'' He stopped talking, but I didn't push.

''You don't have to say it, but know that I won't conclude anything about you,'' He kept silent and I was about to ask something else until he cut me off.

''My mother's eyes...they were green...''

Huh, not as hardcore as I thought.

__

We returned after a while, talking about random things and I have to admit, he's not a bad guy. Not at all.

''Hey, Wendy! Where have you been?'' I hugged the startled girl from behind as she giggled up at me.

''In the forest, do you need anything?'' I released her and asked to help me brew the hot chocolate.

''Yeah, Scarlix and I, we tried but you know,'' She nodded smiling and walked into the kitchen.

''Don't follow me, I'll call you when it's ready!'' I nodded defeatedly and walked over to Felix.

He was sitting on a log near the place where they lite the fire, talking to the black-haired guy from before, was it Damien?

I plopped down next to him, but he ignored me.

A deep sigh left my lips, but nothing, only Damien gave out a chuckle.

''Hey! Stop ignoring me!'' Damien stood up and walked away smiling as I continued to bug Scarlix.

''You really are annoying, you know that?'' He muttered to himself but I was close enough to hear him.

''I heard that,''

''You were supposed to,'' His smirk made me pout as I hit his skinny chest. ''Ouch,''

''Shut up, you're as annoying as I am, if not more,'' I deadpanned as he shook his head.

''The sun's about to set, want a fire?'' I nodded excitedly as he stood up to tell the boys.

''Thank you!''

''Whatever!''

__

''It's really delicious!''

''I like it!''

''More!''

The boys loved the hot chocolate, I couldn't be happier. I didn't make it though... Hell, it was my idea!

We were sitting around the bonfire, drinking the goodness when Pan walked up to us.

''What the hell are you drinking?'' I grinned at him and gave him my mug.

''Take a sip, you'll love it,'' He did as I asked as we all waited for his expression.

He raised his eyebrows and smirked at me, ''Not bad, but too sweet for the night.''

I rolled my eyes but smiled anyway.

The boys cheered as they continued blubbering. I walked over to Peter and snatched my mug away. He drunk the whole thing.

''Not bad you say and drink to the last drop,'' He shrugged as I laughed quietly and put the dirty mug away.

''So, who'd you bug today?'' He asked as we walked away from the loudness, my eyes narrowed at his question while he smirked down tauntingly.

''What'd you do today? I haven't seen you since yesterday morning.''

''Missed me?''

''Nope,'' I kinda did. He raised his eyebrows as if not believing me. ''Did you?''

''Hmm, I missed this-'' I laughed out as he stole away a kiss.

We stopped walking as we reached the beach. The snow-covered sand is quite a sight. Almost like crystals sparkling in the dark night. His arms snuck around me as I leaned on him, with my head on his chest.

Moments like this make me forget every wrong thing he's done, who he is right now is the only reality to me, no demons eating away his heart or the deeds he's done, he's here, holding me and it's the only safe place I know now. He's not a demon, not to me.

''I did miss you,'' I mumbled into his warm chest as he tightened his grip on me.

He did too.
