''You know, I understand you. I don't want to, but I do.'' She turned her head towards the boy sitting next to her.

''Hn, is that so?'' He flashed her a smirk and lied back on the grass.

''Yeah. But I don't know why is it hard to start everything from the beginning.'' She tried to be nice but her attitude is harsh even when she's saying sweet things.

''I don't have to. I'm great with how I'm living.''

She stayed quiet and pondered about him.

''Stop overthinking everything, girl.'' She rolled her eyes.

''I'm not overthinking, I'm analyzing.'' He softly pulled her back and chuckled.

''Whatever just drop it and enjoy the sun.'' He closed his eyes and took a deep breath.

''You're hurt.''

''No.''

''Yes, you are. Even if you don't want to admit it, you are. I can read that in your eyes.'' She turned on her side and gazed at the young boy's pale face. He sure is handsome, but the thought left her mind as quickly as it appeared.

''Is that my test results, doctor?''

''Stop being mean, okay? I'm trying to help.'' She huffed and stood up, Pan following quickly.

'' and I'm trying to point out that I don't need your help.'' He snapped.

''Oh really? Then what am I doing here?'' She crossed her arms as her mouth fired back at him.

''I don't care! I don't need anyone's help. I'm perfectly fine!''

''Okay then.'' She turned her back towards him and stomped off.

''Damn it, bitch.'' Pan cursed quietly and flew in front of her. ''Where are you going?''

She rolled her eyes and continued walking, with pushing him out of her way.

''Somewhere.'' He stopped her again and raised his eyebrows.

''Where?"

"Listen, Pan. I just want to help you and the lost boys. They're suffering here. You need to let them be happy. Even Wendy. She's a human being, Pan. You can't just use her for your needs. Imagine yourself in her place or in any lost boy's place. What would you feel? Huh? Why don't you ever think about anyone? Everything doesn't involve you. And even after everything you've put them through, they still love you as their leader. I can see that. Please, at least try to be nicer. They need you. Neverland needs you. Just try." She pleaded. She knows there's not a lot chance that he might listen to her, but hope is all she's got.

He looked in her shiny eyes, that begged him to get better. He knows how he hurts people, but that's the only thing that makes him stronger. Knowing that he's scary and people are shaking with fear when they hear his name, makes him happy. It's easier to make people hate something than to love.

"You don't understand." He took a step back and shook his head.

"Then make me understand." She stepped forward.

"Just leave me alone." He turned around and flew away.

"No, I won't!" She yelled at him and stormed off to her cave.

"Dang it!!" He threw another rock into the ocean.

"That stupid girl thinks she can change me??! Why does everyone keep trying to make me be someone I'm not! Can't they just except who I really am?!" He cursed again and harshly sat down on the grass. ''Everyone thinks I'm the one that needs to be saved. Have they ever thought about the fact that it might be them, maybe there's something wrong with them and not me!''

''You know that she's right.'' Echoed the faint sound.

''No, she's not.'' He snapped. ''And leave me alone, for once.'' He added annoyed with the presence.

''Stubborn. Talk to me, Peter.'' The rough but at the same time soft hand made a contact with his broad shoulder. It was a nice gesture, but the second his name left those enchanted lips, he tensed. His eyes slowly changing their color. From black to bloodshot red.

''I...told...you...to...never...call...me...that.'' He gritted through his teeth as his fist clenched to the point where his knuckles turned white.

''Right, sorry.'' His attitude didn't affect the figure at all. Exact opposite actually. She took it way too calmly as if it was a normal, everyday thing.

''How are you?'' She asked after sometime.

The minute of silence until he shrugged his shoulders.

''I'm ....confused? I guess.'' There was a flash and the fishtailed beauty appeared next to him. The end of a shiny purple tail was waging in the water.

''Why? What's there to be confused about?'' Though knowing the answer she still asked him.

''I.......I don't know. It's just lately I feel .....different. If that's how you describe it.'' He talked while gazing at the horizons. He's always loved Neverland. It's wilderness, beauty, pureness, but he was human, always in need for more, that's why he has changed into the villain.

''And you think that's because she's here?'' The smirking mermaid asked him.

''No......Can it?''

''I think so.''

''I don't want this and you know it.'' He ran his long fingers through his smooth hair.

The girl was silent for sometime, but than she smiled warmly at him.

''You're falling for her, aren't you?''

He could feel his heartbeat speeding up. ''No, of course not.''

''We both know that's not truth, Pan.'' She laughed melodically.

''No, it's too soon. I don't even know her, Alex!'' He raised his voice, but the volume wouldn't change the fact and he knew it too well.

''Exactly. You don't know anything about her, but you still fell for her. That's unique.'' She pinched his cheek, knowing it's gonna make him smile.

''But what if she doesn't feel the same way? I mean, she's trying to change me. If she can't love me for me than that's not unique is it, Alexsandra?''

''Stop overthinking, boy.'' She laughed again and disappeared into the sea.

''But.........What do I do now?'' He whispered to himself and flew away again.
