(Y/N)'s P.O.V
''Can you stop?'' He snapped annoyed.
''Nope, I'm excited!'' I responded with a huge grin spread on my face. After Pan agreed on letting Micheal spend some of his time with me, I bugged him for a long time until he eventually gave in and agreed on taking me to him. ''How much longer?''
''You'll see when we get there,'' He responded with a hint of anger in his voice. What can I say? I really am happy to see Micheal again. ''Now, could you stop squealing in every 5 seconds?'' He added with rolling his eyes.
''Hmft, I will if you talk to me,'' I continued walking beside him with my arms crossed over my chest.
''How can you be this annoying?''
''How can you be this boring?'' I sassed back as he groaned as an answer. ''Let's play something on the way.''
''No.''
''Come on, Pan, stop being a grandma!'' I pushed him a little as he glared down at me. You know it's kind of annoying being shorter than him.
''If you don't shut up, I'll throw you off the cliff and don't you dare think that I'll save you twice.'' I just rolled my eyes again but kept pushing him.
''I know a great game, it's called 20 questions, I'll start,'' I stopped talking for a while to think of a good question.
Somehow Wendy popped up in my head, her weak appearance, the fear when she's near the boys. I can't even bear the thought of what she has to endure with them.
''Pan, do you regret anything?''
''I regret a lot of things..... Having this conversation tops the list.'' He sent a smirk my way as I glared back.
''I'm trying to have a conversation!"
''And I'm trying to avoid it!''
''You're the worst person to talk to!''
''No one is forcing you to annoy me!''
"Annoy you?! Have ever you heard yourself?"
And like that, we stood in the middle of the woods, bickering at each other until he finally had enough and wooshed us to the cave instead of camp.
''What-''
''Shut up!''
''But-''
''Did I stutter?'' His rage froze me on my feet. His hands tugged on his hair aggressively as he kept facing around my cave. I looked up at the petals they were brown from the ceiling and in the end, they change into the green. That explains our emotions, Pan is angry while I'm standing here nervous and terrified. ''You should really stop pissing me off.'' He sighed deeply and sat down on my bed.
''It's not my fault that you have a small cup for emotions,'' I mumbled to myself, but duo to it being silent in the cave he heard it and looked up with 'Really?' written on his face. ''Sorry.''
''Can't believe I haven't killed you, yet.''
''Yet?''
''You're going to make me do that someday,'' He said with a faint smirk as he lied back on the bed.
''Then what's the point in waiting?'' I asked with a voice as dead as ever. ''What's stopping you now?''
''I don't know.''
''What do you not know?''
''Can you stop asking me questions?'' I shook my head and laughed humorously.
''Leave.''
''What?'' He sat up quickly.
''I said leave.'' With my fists clenched I moved towards him until I was right in front of him. Pan rose up slowly and smirked.
''You do know who you're talking to, right?''
''I don't freaking care! Get out of here! Leave me alone! Go! Go!'' I kept banging on his chest but he stood still, not even budging for a bit. This made my rage raise as I slapped his face hard. ''I hate you, Pan! I hate you so much! I hate you... I hate you... I h-hate you...'' My knees gave out as I collapsed on the stone floor and started sobbing uncontrollably. ''G-go please, just..just go...''
I looked up with blurred eyes as I saw him looking down at me. I couldn't do this now. I lost everything because of him, I left my whole life behind, my brother, my home, everything! And I agreed on helping him, why? Why should I? Or how am I supposed to help him heal if he doesn't let me?
''I want to go back,'' I said after taking control of my voice. His expression hasn't changed, same old, stoic. ''Do whatever, I don't care, I'm not staying here with you any longer.'' He bent down to my level, way too close for my liking. His minty breath clogged my nostrils, giving me a burning feeling, making my eyes let go of tears I was holding in.
My (E/C) eyes bore into his dark ones, but only mine were shedding salty tears. His hand reached up to my face but stopped midway, as if contemplating whether or not come closer. Seconds passed until his thumb wiped away a tear that escaped recently.
''I can't...'' He whispered without breaking eye contact.
''Can't what...?''
He drew in a shaky breath and whispered again. ''I can't let you go... Not now at least.''
''Pan...'' I called out breathless. My eyes searching for his signature smirk so I can be sure that all this is just an act, but the only thing visible on his lips was a small hint of a smile that showed me more than enough.
''I hate to interfere this lovely moment but ya see, I have a very good reason to do so...'' A deep, manly voice echoed throughout the cave as both of our heads turned to that direction where it came from. ''Y'know, I never took you for a soft person, Pan.'' The voice chuckled heartily as the boy in front of me stood up slowly and answered with a strict temper.
''I never took you for a person who would walk into the death trap by their own feet.''
