Who knew a one night stand could change your life? 22 year old Regina certainly didn't. She went out with her friends and slept with Emma. Waking up pregnant a few days later isn't what she wanted.
Regina went into labour and had the twins. The boy was first then the girl. They called the girl Dayanara and the boy Lucas like they agreed. They were in the hospital still since Regina went into labour a month early. Every pregnancy Regina's been in she was a month early. Emma hand hold of Lucas and Regina had hold of Dayanara. Henry, Cora, Chris, Sofia, Robin, belle and Killian were all there. Henry was sat on the bed looking at the baby. "Can I have a turn" belle says excited. Emma smiled and gave her Lucas.
Emma picked Henry up and sat him on the chair. She took Dayanara from Regina and said "you have to be extra careful ok" Henry nodded and Emma went onto her knees. She put the baby in Henrys arms but kept her hands under his in case. He smiled and said "she's pretty. Can we keep this one" Regina laughed and said "Henry she's your sister and Lucas is your brother. Remember mummy's big belly" he smiled and kissed her head softly. "Her name is Dayanara or Daya" she says smiling. Henry looked confused at her.
"Which one is it" he asked tilting his head confused. Emma laughed and said "her name is Dayanara but you can call her Daya for short" he nodded and smiled. Regina giggled and said "Emma he's definitely your child" shortly after everyone left except Regina and Emma. Regina had to stay since she was early. Henry went home with Cora so Emma could stay with Regina. Emma had hold of Dayanara in her arms and Regina had Lucas. Emma was sat on the bed next to Regina.
"We make the most gorgeous children" Emma says looking down at them. Regina smiled and kissed her cheek and said "yeah we did. Can you take Lucas I need to sleep" Emma nodded and took the boy. She had one baby in each arm and sat in the chair. Regina pulled the cover over her more and led on her side facing Emma. "Night beautiful" she says with a smile. "Night baby. I love you" Emma says with a smile. Regina smiled back and said "love you two" she then went to sleep. Emma looked down at the twins and smiled.
"I promise I'll always be here for you. Whenever you need me for any reason I'll be here" she says smiling. She kissed each of there heads. As it go late Emma gave both babies to the doctor so she could sleep. The next day Regina and Emma went home. They picked Henry up on the way. Robin and ellie (his oldest daughter) went over to see them. Ellie was dying to see Regina and the babies. They were all sat in the lounge. Regina asked anyone if they wanted a drink before going to the kitchen.
Ellie gave the Lucas to Emma and followed Regina in. "Hey aunt Regina. Can I talk to you for a minute" she asked awkwardly and sat down at the island. Regina looked round at her and said "of course" she put the glass of water next to the sink and went over to her. She smiled softly and said "what is it" ellie looked awkwardly at her and said "well I think I'm... no I know I'm bisexual but I don't know how to come out to anyone. Like I'm only just turned 14 and people in my year are horrible" Regina smiled softly and held her hand.
"Ow sweetie that's nothing to be ashamed of. Obviously don't come out the way I did because there a big difference between a 14 year old and a 22 year old" Regina says making her smile. She continued "I'm so happy you told me sweetie. Look don't feel you have to tell people ok just as and when they will find out" ellie looked down a little upset and said "I wanna try tell dad but I'm scared on how to. There's also a girl" a smile grew on Regina's face. Ellie blushed a little. "A girl? Crush or dating" Regina asks smiling.
A smile appeared on Ellie's face without her realising. "Umm well she was my best friend but now we're kinda dating" she says awkwardly and bit her lip. Regina smiled brightly and said "awe sweetie I'm so happy for you. Can I see what she looks like" ellie smiled and got her phone out. While on her phone she said "you, my best friend and Roni are the only ones who know" Regina smiled and said "Roni? That's a nice name" ellie blushed and showed Regina the phone.

Ellie was the brunette one. Regina smiled and said "awe she's really pretty. How long you been dating" just before ellie could answer Regina swiped and saw this.

She showed ellie who blushed and her eyes went wide. "Awe" she says and ellie grabbed her phone. Regina giggled and kissed her head. "So how long" she asked pulling her into a hug. Ellie hugged her back and said "5 months. I really love her" Regina smiled and held her hands. "Go on Instagram. Post both the pictures on Instagram with the caption I love her. That's a good way to come out and with your parents just have them meet her and tell them. That's how I told your nan and grandad" Regina says smiling.
Ellie smiled and they hear the sound of a baby crying. "Gina? Daya is crying and I can't get her to stop" Emma shouts out to the kitchen. Regina sighed while smiling and they went to the lounge. Regina took Daya from Emma and rocked her in her arms. "Come on little one. That's my girl" she says calming her down. The baby stopped crying. Emma smiled and said "you have magic you know that right" Regina laughed and kissed her. Later that day everyone was gone and the kids were all asleep. Emma was cuddled up with Regina on the sofa.
"I love you baby" Regina says softly. Emma kissed her head and said "I love you two" Regina looked up at her and started kissing her. There was then a knock at the door. They both looked confused. It then opened and shut quietly but angry. Belle walked into the lounge annoyed. She sat down on the arm chair annoyed. "Who is it? Ow hello belle come in" Regina says sarcastically. Belle sighed and said "sorry. Can I stay here tonight" Emma looked confused and said "why? What's up" belle sat up and said "rumple's being an asshole"
Regina sat up and moved to the end of the sofa. "What did he do" she asked a little worried. Belle sighed and said "I want to divorce him. I just don't get along with him anymore" Regina tilted her head confused and said "why? What happened" Emma noticed in her voice she was drunk. "Your drunk aren't you" Emma says curiously. Belle nodded and sighed. "The rat bastard cheated on me" she says and rested her head on the side of the sofa.
