One night changes everything

Regina woke up one morning in bed alone. It was really early so she was confused why Emma was awake. She put a rob around her and went to the door. She went to her kids room and saw they were still asleep. It was 6:02 in the morning. She went downstairs and looked around the lounge. No sight of Emma. She went to the kitchen and she wasn't there. There was a note on the island that was hand written. She picked it up and red threw it.

Regina, I've had to go out of town for a few days for something important. I will be home in a few days or so but don't come looking for me please. Love you baby and I'll see you soon. -Emma xx

Regina frowned at the note. She grabbed her phone from her rob pocket and called Emma.

Phone call
E:"hey"
R:*calmly*"good morning miss swan. Would you kindly explain where the hell you are"
E:"I know I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye. I can't tell you where I am but trust me I'm ok and I'll text you when I get there"
R:"get where?! Emma don't you dare lie to me. Tell me where you are. I'm your wife for god sake"
E:"look Regina I'm ok and I'm not doing anything wrong. I have to do this but like I said I'll be home soon. I got to go I'm driving but I love you"
R:"..."
E:"are you still there"
R:"you better call me back when you get to... wherever your going and talk to me"
E:"I love you... baby"
R:"I love you two"
End call

Regina looked so angry. Dayanara walked into the lounge and said "where's mummy" Regina bent down and picked her up. She sat her on the island and said "she's gone out of town for a few days but will be back in a few days" she then nuzzled her daughter's nose making her laugh. "Mamma is also going out of town today so you'll be with either nana or your aunty or uncle. Which ever one says yes since it's last minute" Regina says picking her phone back up. "Can we go to Sofias house" she asked softly. Regina smiled and texted Sofia.

Regina: hey me and Em got to go out of town so could you watch the kids for me xx

Sofia: of course x how long and when xx

Regina: a few days and within the hour x

Sofia: yeah that alright x I'll get a room ready for them x

Regina put her phone down and went upstairs to see if the boys were awake with Dayanara. She got them dressed and went to her study. She went on the computer and tracked it to Emma's phone. Since Emma was sheriff she had a bug on her phone that could track her. Regina hacked into Emma's police account since her password was Regina's birthday.

She found out where Emma was. She then dropped the kids of at Sofia's house and went to New York where Emma was. She was driving out of storybrooke when Emma called her.

R:"umm hey"
E:"hey baby I'm sorry I can't tell you where I am but I've arrived and I'm safe. I should be home in 2 to 3 days tops"
R:"honey can I ask you something and you answer honestly"
E:"as long as it's not where am I then yes of course"
R:"I'll call you later then"
E:"haha I love you sweetie and I promise to be home asap"
R:"I love you two"

Regina started thinking where Emma could be. Was she cheating on Regina? Why would Emma do that? Regina tried not thinking about this. The drive wasn't that long but since Regina was so nervous on what she was going to see it felt like hours. She pulled up outside this small apartment. She saw Emma's yellow bug outside. She looked up at the fire escape and saw Emma on the top floor balcony. She didn't know which house so she climbed up the fire escape. Emma went into the apartment.

Regina climbed to the top floor and looked threw the window. She saw Emma hugging this brunette girl. Regina had no idea who it was. "She is cheating on me. Ow my god" she says to herself with tears in her eyes. She went over and opened the window before jumping threw. "Are you kidding me" Regina snapped angry. Emma and the girl looked over shocked. "Regina? What are you doing" she says softly but shocked. Regina looked so hurt at her and said "Bullsh*t you love me"
